I would suggest this bronzer for first-time self spray tanners -- or those with lighter/fair skin. As a gal with naturally darker olive skin, it didn't go on dark enough on the first application. I think this will be one that I will put on regularly... +
I would suggest this bronzer for first-time self spray tanners -- or those with lighter/fair skin. As a gal with naturally darker olive skin, it didn't go on dark enough on the first application. I think this will be one that I will put on regularly to build up the colour.
For $10 more, I'd suggest investing something like St. Tropez, if you're looking for a darker colour.

Looking for an affordable heat-protector? Look no further! John Frieda is the answer. On top of doing what it's supposed to do (you know, unlike so many others on the market!) it actually does it's job! On top of that -- IT'S AFFORDABLE!
One other benefit that I found to this product was the actual design of the bottle. Instead of an aerosol can, I found the spritz handle very comfortable to use.
I would def. recommend this to a friend (or any of you reading this! LOL.)

OBSESSED with Moroccanoil hairspray! Ok, perhaps it's because of the scent, but I'm obsessed with it! Not only does it smell like you just walked out of the salon -- the strong hold also does what it says -- it holds strong and also allows movement. Unlike other hair sprays, I find this one doesn't tend to fry out my tresses (just like the medium finish in the same spray...read my other review.)
If you're looking for a great hair spray -- I highly suggest investing in this one.

It's safe to say that I LOVE anything that is customizable, so when Make Up Forever announced that they were launching 210 shades in different finishes (Matte, Satin, Metal, Iridescent and Diamond) I was beyond excited!
The shadows are great because of the pigment -- the wide variety and the deeply pigmented colours are perfect for any gal who wants a custom palette to suit her needs and complexion.

OK, this creme is beyond believable. Honestly, put it on and your skin is freakin' glowing!
Now, what I can't get over is the price. If you're one of the top percent of workers making a huge paychque and $328 is pocket change for you -- by all means, I HIGHLY recommend shelling out some dough for this beauty gem. And since my job is to review beauty products -- I can say that this creme will make your skin look a million times younger and fresher.
For those of you, who like me, make an average buck -- this may not be the route you want to go. If I didn't get this as a sample at the office, I can't say that I'd put a good portion of my rent towards this.
All in all -- great product, would highly recommend it for those who can afford it. You can def. tell the difference between this and a standard drugmart creme.

As someone who reviews products for a living, it's hard for me to say that I live and die by one brand, but when it comes to nail polish, I am a HUGE fan of Essie.
The colours are fab -- yes -- but I love the fact that it dries fast, and doesn't chip.
This week I had the pleasure of testing out the new summer collection. I LOVE the new Haute in the Heat colour (the raspberry hue!) Great for this summer!
I also made a fun watermelon DIY with the Haute in the Heat and Ruffles and Feathers colours!

I LOVE Sultra as a brand -- I own both the straightener and the curling rod. These products are well made and mine have lasted me forever. I love the fast heat-up time and the constant heat that it gives.
The only down side to this curling iron is that it doesn't have the ability to control the temperature -- not that this is an issue for me. I have very coarse hair and always use the highest, anyways.
Would recommend this to anyone!

This B-Oderant lasts all day. The scent is light and airy and it really does the trick. As for the soothing part -- didn't really notice a huge difference. It does combat the smell and amount of perspiration, though.
