Hair nails and skin vitamin
Ever since I've started taking these my nails have grown stronger. My hair is silky smooth and my skin has started to clear up. I never thought I would have clear skin and I'm so happy. My nails used to peel and split now they are long and pretty.

It helps me to keep their germs and sickness down. When I don't have time to clean the toys I can give them a quick spray at nap time and by the time they wake up the toys are clean and good to go. -
