I really like this product because it gives me a sheer bit of color to enhance my lips without looking too much. The tint is subtle rouge so immediately my lips transform from dark to a soft pink. The formula is quite watery but will not dry my lips... +
I really like this product because it gives me a sheer bit of color to enhance my lips without looking too much. The tint is subtle rouge so immediately my lips transform from dark to a soft pink. The formula is quite watery but will not dry my lips out. It’s not messy and will undergo food and drinks without smudging off (and even so, I just reapply a small drop). This is perfect for all seasons and so versatile. I also use this on my cheeks – It does look a bit streaky but if blended quickly it will appear smooth; however, I found it doesn’t work well over foundation/makeup and will blend with the base. It’s great on the go and will to last up to approx 4 hours at most. -

I've never used any other liquid eyeliner besides N.Y.C. This is an amazing product! Its perfect on the go. The formula is light but goes on bold black (amplifying my lashes and contouring my eyes) and one purchase will last me for months. The applicator is a fine tip brush so you don't need to use a lot of formula. You get a lot out of it for the $2 price point. I really like that it enhances my eyes. I only wish it was waterproof, as it does smudge under moisture, however, it doesn't crack and I barely need to retouch it. -

The formula is runny and tends to smudge off your lip line but on a positive note, it's non-sticky and keeps your lips out of the 'dry zone' all day. -

I bought the Benefit To Go: "Stay Put" Set to try for $35. It came with the Benefit Stay Don't Stray Primer and Benefit Creaseless Cream Eyeshadow (Pretty good deal!) Alone, I don't think I would ever spend $26 on this little pot concealer but the product goes a long way. I did notice that the formula was thick so I only use a small amount around my eyes to brighten it. It allows my eyeshadow to sit and settle well. The shade I use is medium and it has a red undertone which matches my skin almost directly. When applying, it does have a greasy, creamy texture at first but dries immediately after blending. Because it is so pigmented, it provides great coverage, hides scars very well, and evens-out skin tone. The only downside I found about this concealer is that if I use too much it will crease, more noticeably around my eyes. Overall, I love Benefit products and this one works best for me. -

Always Radiant Infinity Pads
Small in stature but big on protection. These fit so comfortably and the fact that it has wings assures me mobility without any slipping or leakage. They feel light as a feather and the floral scent is just an added bonus. Love it !

I can never go wrong with Neutrogena. The products have always worked for me and has become my most trusted brand when it comes to skin care. This moisturizer in particular grabbed my attention when I found out it contained SPF - perfect light-weight facial moisturizer for the summer. I used this product for a month, applying to my face every morning as I have dry skin and I noticed a softer and smoother complexion. The formula is pretty thin and I only used a small pump over my face. It has a light sunscreen scent and does not have a greasy texture. It dissolved well on my face with just the right balance to last though out my day. And in result, it repaired my blemishes and prevented sunburn. For those like me who have dry/oily combination skin type, I recommend Neutrogena Healthy Skin Radiance SPF 15. It adjusts to your skin condition and works wonderfully giving you a nice natural glow all around! -

This facial moisturizer created more problems than solutions for me. Although it has light moisture, gentle application, it gave me major breakouts all around my cheeks which eventually led to a few scaring. I didn’t notice until after two weeks of use and I thought it might be due to other reasons affecting my skin but after I had stopped using this product, my skin cleared up. . On the plus side, it did not have a strong fragrance, and I was able to put my makeup over and set comfortably all day. The SPF factor was hardly noticeable, but my skin did appear to be a bit brighter. I have combo/oily skin, but I didn't expect my skin to react very sensitively. I was disappointed in this product. I like Olay but this one did not deliver. -

I got the chance to try L’Oreal Ombrelle SPF60 Complete lotion and this sunblock gets an A in my book. First of all, it has SPF 60! That’s enough to keep me outdoors under the sun for a whole day protecting my face and body against UVA and UVB. This hypoallergenic sunscreen is not an anti-darkening agent but it sure eliminates risk and exposure of sun burn, rash and irritation. It comes in a squeeze tube which makes it easy to apply on, creating no mess. The formula is light-weight, non-sticky and contains no fragrance. It feels dry at first but moisturizes well for a silky, cool, transparent finish. My skin looks radiant and clear and it didn’t cause my skin to breakout. The only drawback I found was that when I rubbed my legs and arms, it created cakey white residue, but that might be the inconsistency in my application process. The package also mentions that it’s waterproof; however, when I came in contact with liquid, the formula did smudge/smear off slightly. Regardless, at a $16 (approx.) price point and experiencing its defensive benefits while seeing glowing results to my skin, this makes it my favourite sunscreen for summer 2012. -

It smells so yummy and at a reasonable price of 12 dollars. The fragrance has a sweet yet mature scent. It's light and airy formula stays on for a few hours than I would respray - can't complain though, I've only sprayed 1-2 times/day in the month that I was given this product and the formula seems to still be at its full. I usually spray around my neck and chest for all over-body coverage. The bottle is extremely fragile which is the only downside; however it is small enough to fit into a tote or handbag and travel with you (just be careful not to drop it). Overall, fantastic product and sophisticated packaging.. perfect for summer days or gifting! -
