I like that the idea of marcelle trying to target my age group, as I find a lot of products are either too young or too old for my skin. I wish I loved this cream, but couldn't. IMO, the price seems a little overpriced for what the product offers. The cream may be more ideal for the winter season. It only contains SPF 15, which is too low to get any real protection. I find the texture of the cream itself is too heavy for the summer as one needs to layer extra sun protection. -

My family is fanatic about ice cream which makes them very picky when it comes to price/taste. We never buy fat free ice cream as my mom says "if you are going to enjoy an ice cream, you might as well have the 'full' indulgence." It was our first time actually trying a Breyer's ice cream (Vanilla Bean), so we can't compare to their 'regular' ones. But they actually didn't realize that it was fat free! The texture is good and it wasn't too sweet, but there is slight foamy texture to the creaminess which I am not sure how I feel about. It is still one of the better 'less fat' ice cream I have tasted so far. It was on sale for 5.99 but regular price was marked as $8.49 which I find to be on the expensive side. -

The receptionist made sure that we arrived 1/2 hour earlier than our appointment to fully enjoy the facility.
Massage: My friend and I both booked a 45-min Therapeutic Massage appointment. We had quite a different experience. While my therapist Alissa(?) was amazing, my friend was complaining that she couldn't feel anything. Her therapist was 'touching' rather than 'massaging' her. I see that there are few complaints below regarding the service, which I think is due to their inconsistency of the provided service. There was another lady when I was paying who was complaining about how they didn't note clearly on the phone the difference between aromatherapy & therapeutic massage. It might be a good idea to clarify what service you are expecting as soon as you arrive there to avoid conflict. I would definitely go back to get another session with Alissa.

After I received Biotherm's Celluli Laser D. Code, I put it to the test on only my left leg for comparison. I love the texture of the gel and how fast absorbing it is. I tend to have the impression of anti-cellulite creams to be really sticky, but this one had a very refreshing texture to it. The gel does contain some mild scent which didn't bother me. However, after two weeks of application, I cannot really notice a big difference. The skin is softer, which makes me feel like it's a great moisturizer, but that's as far as it goes. I did however only applied it once a day instead of twice a day. -

When I first received 'Sunset Seduction' to review, I got scared from the colors as the selection looked VERY shimmery. But when applied, the colors create a very subtle and natural look. With pre-selected combinations, I usually end up using only 1 or 2 colors from the palette, but Maybelline's quad work very well together. They also stay put as applied, which rarely happens with the shape of my eyes. -

It was a great timing to have received this lotion from the product review club as my legs gets extremely dry & flaky in the winter. I liked how the lotion wasn't actually thick or too creamy. I usually tend use body butter because lotions don't work well enough for my legs. Although the consistency was quite sheer it still did a great job at moisturizing my skin. The lotions is heavily scented which I didn't mind on my leg, except for that I had to consistently wash my hands after putting it on. -

I received the Marcelle eyecream as part of the Product Review Club. I have just turned 30 with no visible wrinkles(yet). My eye area is on the dry side with some minor puffiness, but I get some serious bags when I get tired.
quantity: I love that they designed the package to be dispensed with a pump, however the pump itself isn't designed well. The dispensed amount is inconsistent - either too much or none.
quality: I can see why the eyecream is targeted for woman in their 20s & 30s who don't require the extra rich eye creams. I like how the texture is non-greasy & light so it gets absorbed really quickly into the skin, but I find that the consistency is too light. The cream is only effective for few hours for me as the area gets dry again. Since it does absore quickly, I will most likely use this as a secondary cream to put on whenever my eyes feel tired or puffy to relax it, but wouldn't recommend it as the main eye cream for anyone with dry skin.

As I am heading towards my big 3-0, every concealer I have bought ended up rolling around in my makeup case either because they felt too heavy or cakey. While I was browsing the Benefit display, the cute little box grabbed my attention. I had stepped out of the house without makeup, and didnt realize how tired I looked until AFTER I put the product on. It instantly brightened up under the eye.
The texture is on the creamier side. Although it takes longer to dry compared to other products, this allows you to blend in the paste properly. Despite the smooth texture, it also has a very high coverage and is longlasting. When I go to work, all I put on is my translucent powder or sometimes just sunblock. So it is crucial that the concealer looks very natural against my skin.
The pot also comes with a small scooper, which is a nice touch since I hate getting products under my nail. Don't scoop out too much, because a little amount really goes a long way for this product.

After I received Dove NutriumMoisture bodywash from the Product Review Club, I have been testing it for the past week. I really can't decide whether I like it or not.
- Scent - The gentle light scent is actually very appealing. The scent is even lighter than a bar soap, which makes the product really non-offensive. I think this can be problematic for some people because it doesn't leave any lingering scent over the body after use.
- Texture & Moisture - NutriumMoisture does what it promises to do - moisturize your body. Due to this intent, the texture of the lather is on the creamier side compared to other bodywashes. My main problem is that while I like how it moisturizes the skin, I don't like how the bodywash feels like it is leaving residue over my body instead of washing it. But this texture is inevitable if the bodywash is aiming to provide moisture.
Personally, I almost prefer having a dry skin after my shower and putting moisturizer separately, so that it feels like I actually cleaned all the dirt off my skin. But this is just due to personal preference. I did enjoy how my legs became moist as I started to use the product. I may keep the product handy for those times when I am in a rush.

I rarely use liquid foundations as they tend to feel really heavy on my skin. But I got to try a sample of the superfit from Clinique and it has been my favorite.
It is really light on the skin, but still provides quite a nice coverage. My boyfriend sometimes actually thought that I came out with no makeup. Pls keep in mind that it looks natural because of the sheer coverage, meaning that it won't hide everything.
The lightness almost makes me feel like I am putting on a lotion. I put this on just using my fingertips - dab a little on various points and blend well into my skin. Finishing off with loose powder helps to set the foundation in place so that it doesn't smudge off on clothes.
