I am very pleased with these smoothies. Very great for on the go people. Add your choice of liquid , blend and go. The smoothie cups are designed to also hold the smoothie and there’s a hole where the straw goes. I added some extra things to get a bigger serving. My daughter and I share the smoothies. Very delicious product. Would definitely recommend to try. -

This is my favourite meal replacement. I have tried a lot that are on the market and this one has the best flavour and taste. It’s thick enough and bubbly that it Alan it tastes like a milk shake. I have medical conditions that sometimes effect my eating habits and these drinks allow me to stay healthy when I can’t eat. This one is by far my favourite and I’m thankful to have these for a delicious meal when I need them. -
