I’ve been using Blistex Lip Medex for several years now and think it’s excellent for very dry lips. If you’re a skier this is a must have on the hills! I’d only recommend this product to people who actually have a lip problem – not for someone to use on a daily basis because it might be too intense everyday. The only complaint with the product is that you have to use your finger to apply it. Highly recommended! -

I went to Tula Yoga & Spa last week for their Wellness Week event (free classes!). The location is great and close to the subway. The exterior of the building isn’t the greatest, but it’s very nice on the inside – hard wood floors, good lightings, lots of room etc.
SERVICE: My friend and I were shocked by the rude service at the front desk. There was one gentleman that seemed to be running the operation that had a lot of negative opinions about customers and processing paperwork. He singled someone out who as not filing out the form correctly, asked if someone else had an aversion to towels (because they didn’t bring one), told people to stop blocking the hallway etc. It felt it couldn’t be real almost.
CLASS: Excellent! Great instructor and made me feel comfortable. Much more physical than some other hot yoga classes I’ve been too. I felt some pain the next day so I knew the class was really effective.
Overall, despite the bad service I’d actually go back to Tula. The instructor was great and the location couldn’t be better. Perhaps the person at the front was having a stressful week because it was busy, so I’ll have to report back next time if it’s just as bad.

Thanks for Chick Advisor for sending me this product! I’m a clean/neat freak so was really happy to try out a cleaning product. I loved the box – very colourful and you can leave it on the counter because it looked nice. The one I received was a lemon scent – nice, fresh and light (wasn’t an overwhelming smell).
Personally, I liked using the product and found that it was reasonably effective in my bathroom and kitchen, but my fiancée didn’t like the fact of the extra garbage (that doesn’t go in the green bin) and more chemicals in the house. When I cleaned the sink with the product I found that it didn’t have the same shin and left a strange residue that made the water repel the sink. In the other areas in the house it seemed fine and I didn’t notice streaks.
I don’t see myself buying the product only because I think I can find more reusable methods to clean my home. Effective – yes, but not something I’m going to run out to buy.

If you don't have a lot of extra time in the shower then you'll really enjoy how fast this razor works. I wasn't sure about the built-in lather part, but it's really smooth against the skin. It didn't foam up like the commercials, but worked just fine. The first 5 shaves were great, but once the lather part started to wear down the shaves weren't that close. I found I had to shave more often than normal, but at least it was super quick each time.
One thing I really didn't like is that water will collect in the handle. Make sure you tip it upside down and shake out the water. If not it will drain out of the front and eat away at the lather part faster. Also, once the lather bar was half used I found it was easier to get razor burn. If you're wanting to get a super close shave (ie. bikini zone) you'll be disappointed - the head of the razor is just too thick.
I'd recommend this product for someone who is short on time and wants a quick shave.

I've used most of the major razor brands on the market and Schick Quattro Women is the best in my opinion. The razor cuts close to the skin and I don't find myself having to shave as often. The blades are joined together with a small wire, which I think accounts for the closer shave. The handle is easy to hold and is made out of metal which makes it feel stronger. The small rubber grips around the blade never pull the skin and I've never had razor burn after using it. It's easy to quickly rinse under water and doesn't collect a lot of the shave cream around the head. Overall, amazing product and I'd highly recommend it! -

Overall, good foundation for general everyday use. It's light weight, sheer and goes on easily. I really liked the pump and cap because they were tight when closed. It was nice to see a large amount of foundation for the price point - although, it might be too much if you're not the type of person who uses it everyday. My skin looked nice and it didn't leave me with the feeling of wearing a full face of make-up.
On the flip side, I really wish it had SPF in it. Its sheer coverage was good, but I could easily see my pores (which I personally like, but I know others generally don't). At times I thought my skin in the normal oily areas were even more oily. It didn't happen everyday so could just be me.
In conclusion, I'd definitely buy it again and recommend to friends. For the price point it might be a good idea to save money and start using a new brand.

I've been to Bodyworks twice for massage therapy and had a great experience both visits. I really liked Keja - she's pleasant, skilled in her trade, concerned for your well-being and overall, a great massage therapist. I'm very picky when it comes to a therapist, but I think I've found one that I'll keep.
The office isn't what you'd expect, but the service is more important than decor. It's beside an alley and you need to walk up several steps/stairs (not good for older people). But once inside you're met with smiles and calming music. The decor in the office is nice, but it's just the exterior of the building that looks well used.
One hour is $84 (tax included). And most of all - they actually give you an hour massage. Not 45 minutes 15 minutes of clothes changing time. In the end the appointment is 1 hour and 15 minutes.

I recently bought the Mentha Lip "Tint" and it's excellent. Same as the Lip "Shine" just with some colour. It smells so good and lasts a really long time - after eating, licking my lips, drinking etc. I bought it at Bath and Body Works for only $7.50, which is well worth the money. Even if it was double the price I'd still like it just as much. I'd highly recommend buying this lip gloss. I'm not a lip stick girl, so getting the "tint" adds the perfect amount of colour and shine.

I was so happy to see on the promo dinners the service was just as good as a regular meal. They would explain each item on your plate and was always on the ball when we asked for anything. I find a lot of high end restaurants will give off an arrogant vibe, but it's completely not that way at Rosewater. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! Highly recommended!! -

I've been to Salad King numerous times and I've always had a positive experience. It's a busy restaurant, but the service is quick so you're in and out faster than most places. It's a cafeteria style downstairs - with large tables where you sit beside strangers, but still have a server. Upstairs is never as busy and it's traditional private tables. The menu is different upstairs, but just as good. Overall, I'd highly recommend Salad King for anyone who likes Thai food.
P.S. I'd recommend getting the mango chicken!
