Super easy to make smoothies and soups, just add water or any liquid of your choice. For soups, I tried both vegetarian broth and water and my personal favourite is adding a little more water and let it boil for 6-10 minutes with box content, and when it’s done, it is super flavoured.
For smoothies, I add water as well to keep it simple and to enjoy the real flavour of all fruits and added vegetables.
