This company is not helpful at all and will never give you your money back. I was charged after being told it was canceled and I got in touch with them which is when they let me know they canceled the shipment and I could receive a store credit or another shipment date. I can not believe that they can not give me my money back even though the shipment has not let the store. They also make it extremely difficult to cancel or pause your account. BEWARE, they just want your money and do not care about the customers at all.    -
