Worth picking up when they have a deal, and a sale, and a coupon - and even more so if you go on a Thursday when they have the extra promos!

The best part about this is the short list of ingredients. And that it is a fairly healthful option - unlike so many of the other balms out there with unpronounceable items in their ingredients.
If you aren't fond of the minty tingle, go for the one with the honey. Its a great choice, and it is protective from the sun and the wind (no word on protection from rain though). Smooth lips are key!

I was quite excited also to get this as part of the product review club. And I was thrilled that it was brownish black not just the usual dark black ("trying" to get away from that - hah). Unfortunately, it was not worth the anticipation. I wanted to be sure of my opinion, so I waited to try it a few times.
The packaging is cool, but there is a reason mascara generally comes in a round tube; ease of application is preferrable over the cool square factor. And lengthening it DID do, but it gave a look that was totally spidery. Looked pretty bad actually! Volume is a preferrable option for me as otherwise I need to wear my glasses at the end of my nose, and this length was not exactly worth that extra effort as it was spiky looking and not elegant. (And we do like elegant lashes.....)
It was sort of dry (in the mail too long maybe) and the brush is too long to have a point, but the colour is nice. Oh, and one little drop of water or sweat (like from dancing) and it was a smudgy mess. And yet, it did NOT wash off with soap and water as per the blurb on the back of the card (?).
Overall, it was dissappointing, and I cannot recommend it.

The Matt & Nat wallet has lasted me longer than any of the others I have used. Appreciate not only that it is vegan, but that its all Canadian. The colour I have is the turquiose, and the lining is a fun pink, while there are enough slots and sections for all that which I need (well, "need" is relative I suppose) to carry with me. This is definitely a worthwhile item, and from a now well-established company. -

This Adidas Deo is fa-bu-lous! Really an effective product, and not an anti-perspirant, so there is NO aluminum - this is a good thing as we need to try and prevent those things that might kill yet more brain cells (well, when and where we can; and this is easy) - but I digress...
They use COTTON instead, and I have found it is as absorptive as I need, whatever the weather. The sporty scent is preferable to the floral, but they also have an unscented for when you want (perhaps parfum) to 'shine'.
And doesn't mark clothes at all *yay*

Happened upon an Origins counter inside The Bay recently, and was pleasantly surprised by the staff and their helpfullness. We got a few little samples, and tried several products. This Modern Friction was one of our faves, so we decided to splurge the $45 because, yes, they do have a great return policy just in case. Tried it for a few weeks, twice a week, and definitely saw a difference with brightness of overall skin tonality. And since it is made from rice grains, not pieces of seeds, it doesn't scratch or tear the skin. I would buy it regularly if they ever had sales.... -

Picked up this one as I had heard good things - and they were all true! Love! This! Mascara! Was easy to apply and stayed where it was meant to live. I need to use eyedrops throughout the day, and it didn't come off when I needed to 'dab' with the tissue. (well, not much...)
It has a great look and lengthens really well. Best of all its not toooo 'heavy'.
