I’ve never written a review for anything, let alone a bad one...I bought the shampoo and conditioner at Costco. I have long, thick, dark hair. It is an ABSOLUTE nightmare to brush my hair after I wash it now. I usually hardly even need conditioner, I just use it for the extra shine. I’ve tried these products 5 times now and every time it takes FOREVER to brush my wet hair out and it looks like straw...not to mention the amount left in my brush! I’m not sure if it’s the shampoo or conditioner or a combo of both doing this to my hair but, either way, I am not going to try it again to figure it out. Horrible products!    -
