Our flowers were never delivered on Valentines Day 2015, even though we called multiple times to ask where it was that day. When they still never arrived we called Sunday and Monday, left messages and still didn't reach someone finally until Tuesday. The lady on the other side of the phone just made excuses and gave us a refund. So if you want to pay for beautiful flowers, wait for 3 days, never receive them and then get a refund instead- go with this florist.    -
