I was pleasantly surprised with the PowerBar Plant Protein Almond, Sea Salt & Dark Chocolate bar. The bar had a great taste and was packed with 10 g of protein. I found the bar was filling and helped with recovery after a workout. The bar does have 13 g of fat, including 2.5 g of saturated fat, a high amount for a 50 g bar. -
