This is a nice pick me up. I use it before putting on my moisturizer, after makeup, and as a pick me up. It smells and it provides a nice ahot of moisture. I like it for summer. The mist is nice and light and fine which is good since it will not ruin my makeup when i use it as a setting spray. Recommended!

This cleanser is quite nice. I usually dont use foaming cleansers as i feel like they might dry out my skin (i usually use cream cleansers). This one is quite nice, doeant dry out my skin too much. Im not sure about removing makeup as i take everything off before showering. But in general very nice cleanser.

This cream is quite nice. I enjoy the scent and the texture is not too to heavy. When applied it feels quite moisturzing but not too the point where it is too sticky. I can feel thr immediate moisture when applied but at the end of the day i still do get some small flakey skin in my usual areas (nose, around my mouth and sometimes my forehead). The long term effects are ok, my skin seems still a little dry but then my skin has always been like that. My makeup sits well on top of this cream too which is a plus.

This bar is nice, I wouldn't say its my favourite though. It seems to be healthier than candy bars and chocolate bars with the fruits, nuts and dark chocolate. It tastes nice and its got a nice texture. its crunchy yet not hard, kind of like rice crisps! I would recommend these to anyone thats on the go and just need a little pick me up throughout the day. not bad at all I do prefer the blueberry and acai though out of the 3 i received. This might be my second favourite.

I love this!!! Its very similar to my bioderma cleansing water but at a fraction of the price! It took off my makeup on about 2 cotton pads which is great and it doesn't leave a residue and it isn't irritating to my face. There isn't a bad smell and its a huge bottle!! Love this! I might just convert this instead of my bioderma!

I really like this moisturizer. Its non greasy so its great under makeup and theres a some sunscreen in it. Wished it was 30 SPF though but not too bad. The smell is great as I love citrusy smells. Love the pump packaging, very sanitary. For the effect, I haven't really noticed any significant brightening but its a great little every day moisturizer!

it tastes not bad at all. The chocolate is soft yet quite crunchy, plus the nuts and fruits. like a rice crispy. Nutritional value is quite good but sugar value is a little higher than what I would like. It's nutrient dense. It's a good snack but I still prefer my protein bars. It's great for before or after high intensity workouts like cardio vascular exercises. Good for replenishing energy. It's a little small so it doesn't fill me up so it's good for a snack or to curb those cravings. I recommend it to someone whose trying to lose weight or an avid runner but not enough for weight lifting at the gym. -

We got the flavour Fraser valley to try. We have started mixing the good with our dogs old good. She seems to like it. Our dog is a pretty picky water but loves chicken so I think the flavour helped and it helped that there's real chicken in it. The good seemed pretty fresh. It smells like dog food so I can't really tell. In terms of change in health for my dog I can't tell yet since we've only started this new food so it will take some time for the effects to show but looking at the ingredient list of seems like it's made of pretty good ingredients. Not too big of a fan of the chicken meal though... When I buy foods I usually go for ingredients. I make sure byproducts like chicken meal is not too high on the list so this kind of meets my expectation as it is the 3rd ingredient in the list. So we'll see if there's a different down the line in my dogs health so determine if I will stick with this good. So far so good though. Based on how my dog likes I'll probably recommend if to my friends and family. -
CeraVe Intensive Stretch Marks Cream
This cream is not greasy but it is not super moisturizing either. I havent seen too much of an improvement on my stretch marks but i guess i will have to see aftwr using it for longer. But it didnt irritate my skin which is nice.
