Agree with others about getting used to the taste, but these little tabs are awesome for the biz lady travels. I actually really like that i can throw 2-4 tabs in my travel case if I’m on 1-2 day biz travel and they take no space whatsoever in my carry on (longer trips, still same or smaller than reg toothpaste). Most importantly, my teeth/breath hold up no diff than if I used a tube of toothpaste. Swear by them. Also I bring along their mouthwash tabs - super !    -
