I have always been skeptical on taking protein shakes, but thought I would give this a try. I actually quite enjoyed this shake from this brand compared to a few others I had tried. It didn't taste "chalky" as some others do. It was also flavourful and honestly tasted like chocolate milk. I would definitely recomment this.    -
