I am middle aged and that comes with a range of issues. Dry skin, skin that looks dull, fine lines and overall tired appearance. Now add to that the fact that I work nights, well you can imagine how tired and dull I look even with makeup! Having had the opportunity to try the Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep cream for a few weeks I can happily boast that I look the best I have in a very long time.
The first thing I loved about the product was the packaging, simple beautiful. The smell is amazing and relaxing. It quickly became my bed time routine just for the smell. The hubby was super happy sleeping next to me. The only issue I had was that I felt the cream could have come with a tool to take out the product. I hate putting my finger in anything. I am a nurse and I feel like that contaminates a product. I ended up using q-tips to take out what I needed.
The fourth day is when I noticed a dramatic change in how I looked. The tired bags and dull look was gone. I looked refreshed and glowed. I was able to wear less makeup and look fab! My skin is hydrated and gone are all the little flakes if skin that bothered me on my face. The real test was full sunlight on my face and no makeup and guess what? I looked refreshed, renewed, and I felt confident.
There I shared my secret and I hope you will not just take my word, try it yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I don't want people to know my age, its my secret...Up until three weeks ago people were starting to guess pretty darn close to my age. When I had a chance to get into the Vichy Idealia Life Serum as a tester I jumped.
The very first few days I was taken with the pretty package that I can leave on the counter without feeling ashamed. The smell is fabulous, a citrus smell that gets you hooked right from the moment you put it on. I found it tingled a little bit on my face but I am sensitive. By the fourth day I was glowing and couldn't take my hands off my face. I paired this with the Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep at night, and let me tell you no one is guessing my age these days. Its a simple system with big results. Lotion in the am post shower and again at night after you wash your face. I am recommending it to all my friends, even though I want to keep it my secret. Two huge thumbs up!

I don't have a screaming toddler at 3am or the dreaded night feedings. I do however work night shift. If you were to meet a few weeks ago you would have thought WOW this lady looks soooo tired. The truth is I am tired most days, I work as a night shift nurse. The problem is I don't want people to look at me and think I stay up all night gaming so when ChickAdvisor was looking for testers try CeraVe Eye Repair Cream I happily volunteered to try and banish my bags.
CeraVe Eye Repair Cream promises to "visibly reduce dark circles and help replenish the delicate skin barrier around the eyes". After 5 uses I can state that it provided results that are worthy of the claim. For the first time in years I actually look like I am getting a full nights sleep!! It is a blessing to be able to skip the makeup and just apply this cream and head out of the house. Nothing ages a gal faster then pasting on the cover up to hide bags....lets face it (punny)!
After two weeks of use I can now head out the door without make up and actually look amazing!
I have sensitive skin, I react to everything! The formulation is paraben and sulfate-free and hypoallergenic which gets extra marks in my books. The algae and botanical complex helps reduce undereye puffiness and I can vouch that it actually works!!! it feels light and there is no smell. I simple dab under the eyes and your off...
I now have a tube in my purse and one bedside and will be using it faithfully.
I don't know maybe I should tell the other girls at work...hummmmm
or just keep this fabulous secret between ourselves....

Lubricants can be a touchy subject...mainly a sticky one. The worst thing about personal lubricant is that it becomes sticky and who wants that hassle when your trying to be romantic. I had a fun opportunity to review Trojan H2O Water-Based Lubricant - Sensitive Touch infused with Aloe and Vitamin E. I loved the packaging! I opened the box from Chick Advisor the first thing that struck me about Trojan H2O Water-Based Lubricant was that it was pretty. I would have no problem leaving this on the night stand or in the bathroom. I always find that the bottle lube comes in is ugly and you should hide it in the drawer, not this one ladies!
The next feature that I loved was the easy open cap and tiny nozzle, this helps to ensure you only get a small amount from the bottle at each squeeze. There is nothing worse than a lube overload...I mean where do you wipe it? But with Trojan H2O Water-Based Lubricant - Sensitive Touch's design you wont have to worry about that embarrassing moment. The best part is that you don't need a lot...a little drop goes a long, long way.
I honestly love this lubricant, its silky and non tacky. There is no taste and it is fragrance free, which is important if your sensitive like I am. The real test was.... well lets just keep that between me and the hubby...but he gives it two thumbs up and so do I. I can say that this will be my go to lubricant from now on. The price is right, the feeling is amazing, and its sensitive enough for even the most sensitive ladies and gents. Two huge thumbs up!

I have bright red hair and it blended in perfectly. I let my hair get day three dirty and went to town with the spray. It was delightful. The smell is amazing and my hair was touchable and soft.
Styling was a breeze and the finished look was the same as I washed, but without all the effort! I give Batiste Dry Shampoo two thumbs up!

The colour wasn't a good match for me, so I had to try it based on the ability to tame my brows. No good for me. I passed the brow gel onto my daughter to try she has a better colour to match. She enjoys it. It fills in her sparse eye brows nicely, and quickly. I wish I could say that this product is a winner for me, but its not. The quality is defiantly there, and would suggest you try it yourself. -

Yep, thats me in every picture looking sweaty and shiny. Having used everything from foundation, to tiny powder covered papers to get rid of this issue, it was a total shock that this product cured my very problem.
The best part is that I really love this mineral powder! It has beautiful coverage and I felt like a super star wearing it! It easy to use and I even put it on without a mirror and had confidence that I looked great!
Chick Advisor choose me to test this product for free, but I will be a repeat customer of GOSH thanks to this wonder powder!

It was a truly a blessing to able to test this product on behalf of Chick Advisor, it was free this time; but I will be buying it the next time around. -

I will admit that the colour didn't suit me at all and having passed it off to my daughter to try it didn't work for her as well. The main reason I did not like this product was that it was sticky and thick. I like to be kissable...this product made me a no kiss zone! It smeared on everything and tacky to the point my hair was stuck in my lips. A big vote of no for me. If you like a thick lip gloss that can stand a night of eating and drinking then this would get my vote. Thanks to Chick Advisor and GOSH for allowing me to try these product for free, my opinions are my own. -

One of the hardest decisions as a mom is what to feed your baby when they first start eating. Having an opportunity to try Nestlé GERBER® Oat & Prune Baby Cereal was something this mom couldn't pass up!
My Riley is a notorious pick individual. Having tried other baby cereals with disastrous results. My biggest surprise was that he gobbled up Nestlé GERBER® Oat & Prune Baby Cereal up. No fussing, no fighting...just eating and he LOVED it.
You only have to look at the picture of him, with his little mouth wide open, to see he was devouring Nestlé GERBER® Oat & Prune Baby Cereal. I couldn't get the cereal into him fast enough. He was really, really enjoying it. I was so thankful. A completely healthy and nutritious cereal that I don't have to question the ingredients. With a trusted name like Nestle you know your baby is getting a complete cereal that is easy on the tummy.
Transitioning to food can be stressful for mom but now it doesn't have to be. Trust that Nestlé GERBER® Oat & Prune Baby Cereal is just what your little one needs and will want. The best part is that your little one will enjoy the taste. Open, mix and watch for happiness.
