Fun little playhouse packed with great features for toddlers/preschoolers. There a small kitchen inside as well as four chairs in each corner. Love the built in figure 8 race track on on of the window sills. Plenty of room for more than one child, and children can take turns making food and serving it out the side windows. -

The LTXtreme Land Sea RC from Little Tikes combines two favorites, an RC vehicle and a RC boat. It transforms from an assault vehicle to a battling boat with just one touch, and was designed to withstand the rough and tough elements. It doubles the fun as it can be used on land and driven into the water, unlike a regular RC car that can only be used on land, and a boat that can only be used on water, making it perfect for our weekends at the camp.
Water it works great, but it struggles on steep inclines and works best on flatter surfaces. Gets stuck getting out of the water in the wet sand 1 out of 4 times but it doesn't phase my kids and they run and assist it.
Has a great concept, but the wheels need a little more traction. My kids rate it a 4.5, but I'm disappointed it gets stuck so often.

Pretend play appliances just like a real kitchen include a microwave, stove, and refrigerator, all with working doors. A barbecue grill, farm-style sink with faucet, stove top, counter space, oven knobs to get the correct temperature, and a see through window for easy viewing or to pass food back and forth.
The colorful stickers are the perfect touch to make this toy kitchen feel like a real kitchen.
No batteries to replace, it's fun listening to the kids make their own sounds and beeps when the microwave is done or water noises as they wash their hands.
Made in the USA and comes with 30 cooking accessories and a handy utensil rack above the play sink.

Durable well built indoor or outdoor climber, multiple ways to play for more than one child. It can also be used in a basement, toy room, or daycare center, or outside.
Set up: Arrived in one big box and was fairly simple to put together. Some pieces do have to pushed into place, and I found it helpful to have my husband’s assistance. A drill is also recommended to speed up the process, but a screwdriver can be used.
Children can climb, crawl, and drive using the play steering wheel. This climber has an off road vehicle theme with jeep style wheels, but can be used as a fort, house, or car, children can let their imaginations run wild.

The Yvolution Y Flyer is one of the most popular outdoor riding toys among my kids and the neighborhood kids. It's a self-propelling stepper scooter that helps kids stay active and gives them a whole new way to ride a scooter as they have to step up and down on the foot plates to increase speed.
Unlike a regular scooter, the Y Flyer requires children to step on the pedals in an upward and downward motion in order to get the scooter moving. The child will need to continue moving their feet in an upward and downward moving to keep moving. Kid's are having too much fun, they don't realize how active they are.
Convenient kickstand is built in, making it space saving for the garage. We've had this scooter for 2 years now, and it still gets used almost daily during the summer months.
