Becel® Original margarine
I like to use becel margarine in place of butter to decrease the amount of fat in my meals, where butter is asked for, becel will replace it. Out of all the margarine on the market, becel is best tasting.

Premier Protein Chocolate Shake
These are great as a meal substitute when time prevents you from stopping to eat, they taste great. When I'm traveling, I pack a few to go, they are a convenient meal replacement. Love the chocolate.
