Nude by nature is a new brand to me completely, so I gave it about 5 days using it in a few different ways. Wore it without any liquid foundation underneath and it had a very similar feel as my powder from Bareminerals. Barely any coverage but just softening my skin and gave me a matte effect. When I used it to set my foundation the next couple days it was great, it’s a really fine loose powder, does not make your face look caked, and I looked less oily than normal. Its a product I would use again ONLY if I am doing a full face of makeup and using a liquid foundation. My colour match was silky beige and I would be really interested in seeing if their own liquid foundation would match my skin tone as seamlessly! -
Sensodyne Pronamel Toothpaste Fresh Wave
After seeing the commercials for this product everywhere I thought I’d switch it up when my regular toothpaste ran out. I don’t have sensitive teeth but the promise of rebuilding and taking care of enamel sounded pretty good. I kid you not... +
After seeing the commercials for this product everywhere I thought I’d switch it up when my regular toothpaste ran out. I don’t have sensitive teeth but the promise of rebuilding and taking care of enamel sounded pretty good. I kid you not, after using the toothpaste for a day I drank my usual cold tap water from my swell bottle I keep with me all day everyday and there was pain shooting through my whole mouth. The only change was the toothpaste and I went to my dentist thinking maybe a cavity, after checking xrays he said nope I was good but to stop using sensodyne as he has other patients who experienced that same sensitivity. -
Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer SPF 30
This has been my go to moisturizer since the first time I used it. It absorbs great, doesnt make my skin oily and doesnt feel heavy. The fact it has SPF in it is wonderful, I do wear it under makeup and it hasnt ever affected the way my foundation... +

Batiste Dry Shampoo Original Clean & Classic

After all my friends telling me to use this product, I finally relaxed my schedule for washing my hair and went an extra couple days. I have dark hair and didnt know they made one for brunettes so that was my mistake :S buuut for the price being really affordable vs. more expensive brands from sephora it sopped up the oil from my scalp pretty good. You do have to work in quite a bit of product, and theres no way you’re going to have the same texture of clean hair but not bad in terms of how it looks. The drawbacks are the gritty texture and the fact theres no chance I’d ever try using styling tools with it in again. Fried the section of hair I attempted to flat iron! No heat!! -

So I thought I’d try the charcoal version of the staple that is biore pore strips which I already use. For anyone contemplating your options heres my experience with them, I followed my normal routine of clensing my face in the shower to let the steam open up my pores, applied pore strip and waited till dry to peel off. The charcoal didnt irritate my very sensitive skin which was great, my skin did feel a little bit tighter than using the regular one but looking at the strip after I noticed it really sucked up alot of the oil filaments and small black/whiteheads. Pores did look alot better and clearer after use, would recommend and use again! -
