I haven't used many cream cleansers in the past, as I have lots of blackheads and am always concerned about clogged pores. But this stuff worked like a charm, and left my skin feeling clean and soft. I like it! I am seriously considering making the switch from my usual gel cleanser. I've only used it for a few days in a row, but have not experienced any breakouts, and hope that that continues to be the case (it should - normally I see any negative reaction pretty quickly). -

I have to admit, I find it really difficult to find a deodorant that actually works to prevent my odour. This one was fine, and worked for about 10 hours before I noticed that I smelled, which is about as long as I get from any deodorant that makes the 48 hour claim. So I mark it as about average, though I really do like the smell of it as well as it's nice texture.
Also, and I know this is neither here nor there, but I really do appreciate reaching for a tube of deodorant that doesn't come in a pastel colour.

The weather just changed from a heat wave to regular fall winter, and my skin rebelled, turning dry and itchy overnight. So instead of grabbing my summer face cream, I decided it was the perfect time to test out the Nivea Creme I received in my latest box from Chick Advisor. It was EXACTLY what I needed.
Not too heavy (though it would have been a bit much on a hot day for my combination skin), it went on and was absorbed just right. The only thing I'm not pleased with is the format - I'm not the biggest fan of sticking my fingers into a jar of cream.

I've used this lip balm before and was quite pleased to have another tube on hand. It's not the longest-lasting lip balm I use, but it's nice and creamy and definitely does the trick. I like it, and I will continue to use it.

I'm the kind of person who normally chooses a no name product over a branded one any day. Q-tips is the ONE exception to this rule, quite literally. I have tried various unbranded cotton swabs over the years, and have never been pleased with the results. While for most products, a no name will do just as good a job, this is one product where that just isn't the case.
I'm mainly pleased with the stiffness of the stick. I can get some real pressure going when I'm using them to clean, and can get the job done much faster. Of course I use them in my ears too, and there too the stick is just right.
There also really does seem to be more cotton on each end. With some other brands, I've often felt the stick through the cotton, which is no good at all.
Q-tips have been consistent and reliable for years. Exactly what I want.

I've never used this type of product before, so have nothing to compare it to, but I will say that it didn't leave my face feeling clean in the morning. At night it was fine, but I don't wear any makeup or have anything other than regular dirt and oily skin to clean up. HOWEVER, I used them on my poodle's face - he has dirty brown fur around his eyes from his tears, and needs to be cleaned at least twice a day. These wipes worked MUCH better than a regular facecloth, and I'll definitely be using them on him again. -
