I received a full-size Grown Alchemist Restorative Body Cream from Butterly in exchange for my honest review. Although I love searching out new plant-based formulas, I'm not in love with this restorative body cream. While the mandarin scent is fresh and welcome, the rosemary leaf was too herbal for my liking. The cream promises to absorb into the skin quickly and not leave your skin feeling greasy, but I found my skin felt greasy for a significant amount of time after application, and my skin is dry, so in theory should be thirsty enough to absorb the product and not leave a greasy feeling. I will say that a little product seems to go a long way though and my skin did feel moisturized. While I won't be repurchasing, I know there are lots of people who will appreciate the herbal scent of this cream and perhaps not have the greasy feeling after applying.

I received this body cleanser for free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review. After using the Grown Alchemist Energize Body Cleanser for a week, I found it to be a good, clean gel formula but I can't rate it 5 stars. I prefer a cream cleanser as gel cleansers like this one dry my skin out somewhat. My main quibble with this cleanser was the scent - it's called energize but all three scent notes (chamomile, bergamot and rose) are more relaxing and would be better suited to a product used before bed, not called energize. I love the Grown Alchemist brand and what they stand for, so will definitely try other variations of body cleanser they come out with, in the hopes that they suit my needs better.

I have tried a large number of different brands of spot patches over the last few years, and can say Mighty are better than most! They stay on better than other brands, but in doing so they sometimes leave a bit of a sticky residue on the face. The Mighty patches are effective at pulling out oil and impurities from the face, and have certainly helped some of my spots go away more quickly. If they could improve a few things, I would recommend larger and more flexible patches for the nose or chin area, and making sure no adhesive residue is left on the skin. Overall an essential product though, 4/5! -

I was thrilled to try the Vida by Paderno Variable Temperature Glass Kettle. I've been using a plain black standard kettle for a few years and this Vida by Paderno is an enormous upgrade, like going from 0 to 100km an hour! Not only does this kettle perform well with its multiple temperature buttons on the handle, handy functionality to charge and open the lid, but it also looks super chic on any counter with its glass carafe and stainless-steel accents. I would recommend this to anyone, especially if it ever goes on sale, which would make it an even better buy. -

With the combination of cold, flu, covid and RSV, right now is the perfect time to try Sambucol Black Elderberry Powdered Drink. I thought the taste was good, but certainly unique for a North American market where we don't commonly have that as a flavour. I will have to try a week's worth or more to really see the benefit, but it's never a bad thing to have 500% of your daily-recommended vitamins to try and stave off a cold!

I feel exceptionally grateful to have received Lancôme Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Anti-Aging Serum free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review. Luxury products in this price range are usually out of my budget, so it has been a pleasure to test this serum. For the luxury price point, I would say the packaging feels light and not premium. I expected a heavier, more substantial bottle. However, the serum had a lovely premium scent and feel with some fragrance and the added benefits of having all three serums in one. I found my skin felt and looked better after twice daily use, especially around my under eyes and cheekbones. Unfortunately the product made me break out, so I won't continue to use it, but it has been a pleasure to test. -

I was grateful to receive Aveeno Calm and Restore Skin Therapy Balm free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review.
I have been looking for more limited ingredient products made for sensitive skin, and I can confirm this balm is very gentle on sensitive skin. I didn't see a great improvement but will keep it for insect bites and other irritations as noted on the box. I am only giving three stars because the tube is only 48g to start with, but worse than that, the tube is only half full of the product.

I was thrilled to receive Aveeno Calm and Restore Nourishing PHA Exfoliator free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review.
I've enjoyed using Aveeno Calm and Restore Nourishing PHA Exfoliator on a daily basis for the past week. I love that this is made for sensitive skin and only includes PHA. Using it has made my skin feel cleansed and very soft. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't get rid of all dead skin, so another more powerful exfoliator would also be needed in your routine. The scent of the product also isn't the best, it's not fragranced so it smells quite unique.

I was very fortunate to receive a coupon for one free bottle of Bai Antioxidant Infusion Molokai Coconut free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review. I was pleased first off to find the product in many drug stores and grocery stores for a reasonable price, so Bai drinks are not hard to find. I was intrigued by the 10 calorie count and natural sweeteners used, and I can confirm the taste is delightfully coconutty and tropical. Using the natural sweeteners means this drink has no bad taste/after taste like you would have with artificial sweeteners. I would recommend Bai and in particular the Molokai Coconut to anyone needing a boost but that doesn't want to drink a lot of calories or sugars (only 1g). -

I was grateful to receive a full-size Nair Prep & Smooth Face Hair Remover Cream Watermelon free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review. The idea was great in theory, with a touch-free applicator, gentle formula for the face, and watermelon scent instead of standard Nair smell. However, I can't give more than 2 stars because it only removed about 40% of my hair despite following instructions and leaving on for the maximum of 10 minutes. The watermelon scent was also off-putting because it was so artificial. I'm happy they revamped the bottle and included an applicator but the effectiveness of the product seems to have declined. -
