I received these delicious Voortman Vanilla Wafers free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. These are the perfect, light wafers that make you think about desserts as a kid at Grandma's! I love the new flavours and packaging that Voortman has used in rolling out these new cookies. I've seen them at very reasonable prices and would definitely be interested in purchasing all of the flavours I was generously sent by ChickAdvisor. I would recommend these to family and friends. The only reason they're not five stars is because the strawberry banana flavour wafers really took the cake! #gotitfree -

I received these cookies free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. While I was really excited to try these out because I love the taste and smell of coconut, these have a fairly light flavour. They're still delicious and perfect for dipping in tea though! They're quite thin cookies, and it's pretty easy to eat three before you notice! These are also a lower calorie treat to enjoy at any time. They're a bit crumbly, but delicious. I would recommend these to friends and family and will probably purchase them again. -

I received this product free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. The reviews are in, and my family and I love love love these strawberry banana wafers! The flavour of strawberry banana is great, without being too overpowering. These are perfect on their own as a snack, or dipped in a hot beverage. They're also a fairly low calorie snack, with that perfect taste of sweetness. They taste fresh and had a satisfying snap.
I will definitely be purchasing these again and would recommend these to friends.

I received free foil packs in the mail of both the pre-wash conditioner and shampoo. I was disappointed in the performance of the shampoo. After using the pre-wash conditioner my hair felt very smooth and light, but after using the shampoo, my hair was incredibly difficult to comb out. Perhaps this just isn't right for my hair type - thin, easily tangled, dry. The shampoo and conditioner smell like high-quality products like you'd find in a salon, but they just don't work well together. If I had more samples I might try them the normal way around, because I'm sure finishing the process with that conditioner would have made my hair much easier to comb. I wouldn't purchase this again or recommend it to a friend, unless that person had thicker, stronger hair. -

I received free foil pack samples of both steps of the reverse shampoo process. I just got around to trying them out and I have to say that I don't think that together they are right for my thin hair. While this pre-wash conditioner made my hair feel light, smooth, and fantastic, following it with the shampoo as directed did me no favours. Based on the performance of the conditioner alone, I might purchase a full size conditioner and use it by itself. -

I got this product for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club #gotitfree. This works best when preceded by the nutritive solutions complete fortification shampoo. It leaves my hair feeling stronger and in an overall better condition, however it does leave my hair a bit greasy, which isn't ideal. However, just like the shampoo, it has a great scent and formula. If I could catch the shampoo and conditioner on a sale I would purchase it again and recommend it to my family and friends. -

I received this product free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club #gotitfree. I have often used different variations of Dove Shampoo since it came out on the market, and I know that they are good quality and work well with my hair. I have to say that the nutritive solutions complete fortification has already made a noticeable difference on the strength and overall condition of my hair. The scent is fantastic too - not too strong, but a pleasant smell and a different colour formula than their other shampoos. This one has a light orange colour and a fragrant smell. I would recommend this product to friends and family and will try to purchase it again if I am able to find a coupon or a good sale. It is a great product but on my current budget I can't afford it at an average price of $7. -

While the cucumber scent comes a close second, this restore beauty bar is my favourite. The scent is fantastic, the soap is moisturizing and doesn't dry out skin while cleansing like some other soaps, and it has been a classic in my household for years. I always love trying the new scents they bring out, but the moisturizing formula has, thankfully, remained a consistent feature. I often recommend Dove products to friends and family will continue to purchase these beauty bars. -

The Sensations British Chocolate & Toffee Assortment is a store brand version of a Christmas classic, Quality Street. Quality Street has been more hard to come by in Canada in recent years, as it is originally a British product. The Sensations brand can be purchased at any stores that form part of the Sobeys umbrella. The assortment contains twelve kinds of delicious flavours including hazelnut, coconut, toffee, fudge, and orange. I find the toffee and coconut ones to be the most delicious. I can't give it a perfect grade because it just tastes a little bit different from Quality Street. -

Special K Vanilla Almond is my absolute f a v o u r i t e cereal! I've spent far too long eating children's cereals that are full of sugar, and when I finally started buying vanilla almond, I've had more energy and felt my sugar level stabilize much easier. I had been finding the family size box on for a very reasonable price at Loblaws, but often this is a very expensive cereal. I wish there were more coupons available for healthy cereals like this one, it would be a great encouragement. This cereal is almost like a dessert sometimes - it's so creamy and the almonds are always crunchy and fresh-tasting. I find the strawberry variation very hard to eat because the dried strawberries are the sweetest tasting things found in nature and my teeth just can't tolerate them. Vanilla almond cereal with some skim milk, and sometimes a banana, is a great way to start the day! -
