I was grateful to receive a coupon for a free pint of Chapman's Super Premium Plus Chocolate Lover free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review. The ice cream was smooth and tasty, but I'm not sure it's really the most chocolatey ice cream I've had, and considering it's called chocolate lover, it really should be. The super premium plus also comes at a higher price point for a smaller amount of ice cream than comparable brands. It was tasty but I don't think it's worth the heftier price tag. -

Thanks to Garnier and Butterly for allowing me to try Garnier Magnetic Charcoal Purifying Conditioner free in exchange for my honest review. Although the use of charcoal to purify roots and other ingredients to nourish dry ends was a good idea in theory, the formula itself did not work for me. The shampoo made my hair brassy and did not purify very effectively, and even after using the conditioner my hair was very tangled and hard to brush, and my ends were not nourished. I also found the floral scent present in the shampoo wasn't as strong or included in the conditioner, so the scent was heavy on charcoal and not enjoyable. I hope this works on other hair types, but can confirm it's not for those with thin hair, grease-prone roots and dry ends. -

I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to try Garnier Magnetic Charcoal Purifying Shampoo free from Butterly and Garnier in exchange for my honest review. I thought this would be the perfect product for me because my roots get greasy not long after washing but unfortunately this misses the mark. I would say there was a slight improvement in how long my roots remained looking clean, but overall it left my hair looking brassy and incredibly tangled. It was a good idea on paper but in the execution of it, it failed to work for me. I did appreciate the floral scent though, as I expected the product to have a charcoal smell. -

I was really grateful for the opportunity to try Colgate Prevident toothpaste free in exchange for my honest review from Butterly and Colgate. I am always looking out for dental products with more fluoride because of the enamel loss I've experienced over the years. I also have white spots from past orthodontics which Prevident is supposed to help with over time. While I haven't seen a huge change in the short time I've been using it, I'm confident over time that additional fluoride can only do good things! I can say the sparkly blue mint formula of the toothpaste smells and tastes fresh but not too overpowering. I like the upright container packaging as well, and much prefer it to a tube, where the amount you're using is harder to control. I would recommend this to anyone looking to improve the quality of their thinner teeth. -

I'm very impressed with how well this dry shampoo refreshes my hair. I would prefer an unscented version but the green tea and chamomile is fairly light and pleasant. I feel even better using this knowing that the cans are made from 40% recycled materials. I have thin hair that gets greasy easily, so dry shampoo and especially Batiste are lifesavers for me to extend the days in between wash days. I would definitely recommend this to others and will purchase again.

I was thrilled to receive the Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Remover free from ChickAdvisor and Butterly in exchange for my honest review. #gotitfree
I have been dealing with excess facial hair for the past 15 years and am beyond tired of plucking and waxing. The Flawless Facial Hair Remover is a well-made tool to remove hair completely painlessly. I was shocked how easily and quickly it removed hair from my upper lip and chin. The built in light is super useful as inevitably there are always hairs that you miss the first time around. This product is priced very affordably which is great.
The reasons I'm giving this 4 stars rather than 5 are that it gets hot very quickly which is a little uncomfortable, and to deal with coarse hair effectively you need to use it everyday (it does say this is made for daily use, but who wants to have to remove their hair everyday?). About 24 hours after using it I already had chin stubble, but because the hair on my upper lip is peach fuzz, that is still silky smooth 48 hours in.
I would still very happily recommend this product to anyone wanting to quickly, easily, painlessly, and cheaply remove their facial hair.

I was excited to receive this eye cream free from ChickAdvisor and Butterly in exchange for my honest review.
I suffer from dry skin around my eyes and am always on the lookout for gentle products to use that won't irritate that delicate skin. Made from 98% natural ingredients, this cream is fragrance-free and just has a light avocado/clean smell. The formula is very concentrated - a little goes a long way because otherwise you've used too much product that isn't absorbed by the skin very quickly. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because it helped to hydrate my skin but it didn't improve the condition of it. If I'm going to use a daily eye cream, I'd like it to be multi-purpose and provide anti-aging results. Despite this, I would still recommend it as an option for people with dry skin.

I was thrilled to have the chance to try My Clarins Re-Move Micellar Cleansing Water free from ChickAdvisor and Butterly in exchange for my honest review.
This micellar water promises to quickly and easily cleanse the skin of pollution, dirt and makeup while soothing and softening the skin. It performed surprisingly well at removing makeup quickly, and my skin felt smoother after using it, but the formula had a strong scent and left parts of my face with a bit of a tingling/light burning sensation, so I can't give the cleanser more than 3 stars. I appreciate the eco-conscious and sustainable way the cleanser is made, but would prefer a completely unscented formula. I would recommend this product but caution people to only dampen the cotton pad rather than soak it in product.

I was happy to have the chance to try Clean Reserve Radiant Nectar perfume free from ChickAdvisor and Butterfly in exchange for my honest review.
Aesthetically the bottle is gorgeous - simple clear glass with a natural wood lid. This would look great on everyone's bathroom counter no matter how it's decorated. I really appreciate the eco-conscious and sustainable way the perfume itself is made, as well as the packaging which is fully recyclable. The metal dispenser part of the spray looks classy and does even, full sprays as a mist, unlike some other products with sprayers that get clogged.
For me the peach nectar scent is too strong alongside the lighter hints of floral musk as I prefer a more muted scent, but I am a big fan of the brand, ingredients, bottle, eco-conscious business practices and sustainability, so would recommend this to others who prefer a fruit scent. I will certainly be trying the other scents in the product line to see if they suit me better.

I was thrilled to be able to try this cleanser that was gifted to me by ChickAdvisor and Butterly in exchange for my honest review.
I have combination blemish-prone skin and am always looking to incorporate more natural products into my routine. This formula was very gentle and only lightly scented with a bit of a papaya/chamomile scent. The coconut and shea are what make it so gentle. It promises to cleanse the face of oil and dirt, gently exfoliate, and leave your skin brighter, and for me it only acted as a cleanser, so that's why I'm only giving 3 stars. Although it didn't exfoliate my skin, I still felt like it thoroughly cleansed my skin and as a result I would recommend it to others.
