These are a decent meal replacement drink i've tried both the powder and premixed box kind .both are good i prefer the powder because i like to add my own amount of milk to it doesn't have a chalky after taste like some meal replacements.
My favorite flavor out of all would be strawberry,always wish they had more flavors though.

Not the best kind out of the flavored goldfish but i liked this one better than pizza flavored,i wish that the actual cracker had more flavoring itself instead just an outside coating, because once the outer layer is gone the cracker is pretty bland... +

Used this all the time on my hair seems to do the trick for lightening blonde hair and tones down bassiness,really liked the results but leaves your hair pretty dry and "hay" like feeling so i had to switch to a different brand.
