I dyed my hair recently and wanted it to last as long as possible while still retaining its brightness. I am not sure that this shampoo was as effective as the more expensive brands. However, I was on a budget so I opted in trying this one out. My hair (red) lasted about 5-6 weeks before disappearing. Keep in mind, it started fading in 1 week but I know red is a difficult colour to maintain. -

The packaging of the product caught my eye; it looked like a fancy smoothie bottle. I decided to purchase it on sale as it is a bit expensive when you compare price to volume. After the first use I was pleasantly surprised at how soft and wavy my hair was. I got more compliments on my hair than usual too! For comparison’s sake, I went back to my old conditioner once. The Maui is way better. I can feel my hair becoming healthier after each use. -
