I guess in a pinch, you could use it. I recently learned that the spray comes in different colours depending on your hair colour. I wish they advertised this more. I find it hard to get the white streaks out, but that's because I should be using the one for dark hair. That is not clearly communicated with this product. Also, the smell is too strong. I am not a fan. -

I think a product like this is very personal. It wasn't the best product for me, but that doesn't mean it won't work for someone else. If you have trouble falling asleep, definitely give it a try. -
