I use these things every day. Especially at work. My work purchases me the big containers every few weeks. I use them to clean/dust and disinfect my desk. I also work a lot with medications and food, so I am constantly using them to wipe down my work surfaces. I love using them on my keyboard and mouse and phone and other items that my clients may touch on a regular basis. Provides me with a peace of mine that things are clean and mostly germ free. -

I can't honestly say that this tea helps me sleep or fall asleep better, but it does help to relax me and provides a nice warm feeling right before bed. Tastes great too.
