I was thrilled to try out the Van Houtte Brew Over Ice Dark Chocolate Coconut coffee especially since Van Houtte is our go-to coffee brand! The aroma is incredible and the flavour is great, but I wish it were stronger. As the ice melts, I found it became quite watery. If they could amp up the strength, I'd be a happy camper! -

I was very excited to receive the new Schmidt’s Natural Deodorant Spray, Lavender + Sage! I've been in search of the right natural deodorant for me, but sadly this was not it. While I love the scent, I found it to be a little to strong and unfortunately, I didn't have great results with it. I think natural deodorant is something that takes a lot of trial and error to find the right formula for your own body. The search continues... -

I like that it's a deodorant, not an antiperspirant. And he likes the scent, so that's a win!

So, I put this in the powder room, right beside another name brand, highly scented foaming hand soap and low and behold, my family seems to like it more than our usual brand! Doesn't dry out my hands and the smell is softer than the other brand... +

As someone who is prone to dry skin, especially in the winter months, I was concerned that this gel formula would dry me out. However, it is clean and gentle just like the name says! The scent is not overpowering and doesn't linger to compete with perfume. All in all, I would absolutely buy again! -

I was thrilled to be chosen to try out the new Realemon Flavor Infusions - Garlic! Lemon and garlic are 2 staples in the majority of the cooking that I do! That being said, this didn't really hit the spot. I tried to keep it really simple and used it the first time to make a quick vinaigrette... not great... at all. Also tried adding into some homemade chicken rice soup, which I always add lemon and garlic to, and again, not great. The garlic flavor seemed too artificial for my liking. -

I was crazy excited to be selected for the Voila by Sobeys campaign! And even more thrilled with the timing! I scheduled my delivery to land on my doorstep on the first day of virtual back to school. It meant I didn't have to waste any of my long weekend stuck in a grocery store...winning! The product selection online was fantastic and I was even able to order some FarmBoy brand products (which is a total bonus because the nearest FarmBoy to me is like 25 minutes away). Checkout was simple and I was able to log back into my order the night before to make a couple of last minute changes. 5 minutes before my one hour delivery window, I received a phone call from my very friendly delivery driver, Chris, letting me know that he was about 10 minutes away. He thanked me for trying out the service and asked if there was anything he should know to make my delivery smoother. I asked him to just knock on the door and leave the goods on the doorstep. He arrived almost exactly when he said he would and took the time to thank my 2 young sons for helping to bring groceries in the house and explain the safety measures they take to ensure that the order is safe, correct and complete. Overall, this was a far better experience than I anticipated and my neighbours better get used to seeing that truck in front of my house regularly! -

I was chosen to review the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Retinol Oil by ChickAdvisor and was excited to try it. My one reservation was using an "oil" on my skin during the summer when my skin tends to get a little more greasy. I should not have worried. The oil has a lovely thin texture and did not feel at all heavy on my face. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now along with the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Prep Cleanser and have noticed an improvement in both the texture and radiance of my skin as well as a noticeable reduction in the fine lines, especially on my forehead and my laugh lines. Definitely recommend! -
