Jack black moisture therapy lip balm
Its a bit expensive for a lip balm but it definitely hydrates the lips. There is a slight shiny finish but it depends how much you use on your lips. I always buy the mint flavour. It's definitely very good for those who have chapped lips!

This is a nice lip tint to have if you want to splurge on yourself. I have two colours (pink and peach). It is easy to apply, has a nice finish and dries to subtle colour. It also smells really nice (like watermelon jolly ranchers).
