The kids really liked this cough syrup, and we would definitely purchase again! The reason for the 4 stars was for 2 reasons - (1) the kids were freaked out by the yellow colour; and (2) I would recommend not using the cap that comes with it (and use your own instead) as I found it was hard to get the full dose of the syrup out when taking the medicine. Other than those 2 considerations, the kids and I would definitely recommend this cough syrup.    -
