I like to cook with turmeric. In a savoury application, with food, it's a very nice flavour, but as a beverage it just didn't really appeal to me. I did find that it was better when I added a squeeze of lemon to it.
There are a lot of health benefits to turmeric, and this may appeal to those who enjoy the turmeric milk drinks. But it's just not for me.
