I just began using this product last month, my ND recommended I try it to help ease off headaches related to my cycle. The jury is still out on that as I need about a 3 month trial to see if that is successful. But I am impressed on how effective it is in helping me relax and settle before bed. I was sceptical when I saw the word CALM on the label but it really does live up to that description. I mix it with a little hot water and orange juice and it tastes fine, not a challenge to get down at all. I will continue to use this product as I can already see the health benefits to it. My ND did tell me to only use this product for 2 weeks at a time in order to experience the maximum effectiveness. I think this is a product that I will propose to my friends who are overwhelmed by their busy lifestyle and need help relaxing to prepare for sleep. -

Hemp hearts are something I have recently begun to always keep on hand. We enjoy them in hot cereals, baking and in my morning yogurt. I haven't tried them in salad yet but after reading the other reviews I am looking forward to it. We enjoy the crunch and flavour they add to things. I bought our last bag at costco and found that made the price more manageable. But like many things of quality that hold a health benefit I expect to pay a little more. This is a product that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my friends add to their diet. -

Having tried other brands of toothpaste for sensitive teeth I believe that Sensodyne is the brand that actually delivers relief for suffers of sensitive teeth. Anytime I am tempted to stray from this brand (usually for cost) I always go running back. As well as protecting my teeth and making life more pleasant this toothpaste leaves my mouth feeling fresh and has a pleasant taste. -

This is the only soap we purchase in our home. I am scent sensitive and have found Dove Sensitive does not make me feel ill or cause me to pass out. As you can imagine this is a huge bonus. This soap also is very gentle on our skin. Everyone in our family has found this to be true. While other soaps cause breakouts or worsen my daughters psoriasis, dove sensitive skin lives up to it's name making it a pleasure to use for the whole family. I highly recommend this product. -
