I received Love Beauty & Planet Coconut Water & Mimosa Flower Radical Refresher Body Wash from ChickAdvisor to try it for free. I loved the shampoo and condition. I wanted to love the body wash too, but sadly I don't. The formula is lovely and thick, and it smells fantastic. Unfortunately, it left my skin feeling dry and flaky. I need a more moisturizing formula, or it needs a matching body lotion. Of note, I'm elated that the product is cruelty-free. A lovely change from a Unilever product. -

I received Love Beauty & Planet Coconut Water & Mimosa Flower Volume and Bounty Conditioner from ChickAdvisor to try it for free. I really enjoyed the thick, moisturizing formula, and the heavenly scent. I used it exclusively with the matching shampoo. The result was soft and manageable hair, with the perfect amount of volume. Of note, I'm elated that the product is cruelty-free. A lovely change from a Unilever product. -

I received Love Beauty & Planet Coconut Water & Mimosa Flower Volume and Bounty Shampoo from ChickAdvisor to try it for free. If I'm honest, I had my doubts. However, after using it for a couple of weeks, I can definitely say that I love it! It smells great - not too floral - and leaves my hair clean and soft. I will say that the shampoo alone seems to be a clarifying formula. I would not be able to wash and go. Conditioner is a must. Of note, I'm elated that the product is cruelty-free. A lovely change from a Unilever product. -

I received the Vileda Promist Max Spray Mop from FamilyRated Club to try it for free. It is a great mop. It is really nice having an attached receptacle to contain your water or cleaning solution of choice. It means you don't have to keep running back to the sink nor do you have to drag a bucket around. The container is easy to fill too. The washable microfiber pad is pretty good, but it could be improved with an abrasive section for tough cleaning spots. Overall though, it is very practical and I would recommend it to others. -

I received the Powerbar Plant Protein Cashew, Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate from ChickAdvisor for free, so I could try it and share my thoughts. I eat protein bars regularly, but those I consume as meal replacements tend to have about 20g of protein. This bar contains 10g of protein. While I enjoyed the taste, I much preferred the almond version.
Like the almond bar, it had a chewy texture and was filling for a snack, but it was sweeter than necessary. In general, I probably would not buy this one, but would look for the almond flavour.

I received the Powerbar Plant Protein Almond, Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate from ChickAdvisor for free, so I could try it and share my thoughts. I eat protein bars regularly, but those I consume as meal replacements tend to have about 20g of protein. This bar contains 10g of protein. It also has 230 calories, 13g of fat, 190mg of sodium, and 10g of sugar. It was quite tasty. It had a great chewy texture and was filling for a snack. The one suggestion I had would be to lower the sugar content. It was sweeter than necessary. In general, I would not hesitate to buy it in the future. -

I received both the chocolate and vanilla Premier Protein shakes from ChickAdvisor for free. I am usually a chocoholic but this time the chocolate was not my favourite. The product was still creamy and filling, like its vanilla counterpart, but the flavour wasn't quite what I had hoped for in a chocolate shake. While not unpleasant, I found the product to have a sort of chemical taste to it. I like the convenience of being able to carry a prepared shake and I appreciate the high protein/low sugar content, but if I were going to purchase in the future, it is unlikely I would reach for the chocolate one. -

I was very pleasantly surprised. It truly tasted like a vanilla milkshake. It was creamy and delicious, and quite filling. I like the convenience of being able to carry a prepared shake and I wouldn't hesitate to buy this product in the future. -

ChickAdvisor sent me the new eos Crystal Weightless Hydration lip balm to try before I buy. I received one in Hibiscus Peach. The shape, while traditionally somewhat spherical, is now more like a pyramid. The unique shape is still appealing as it is easy to locate in my handbag without much effort. The balm itself, as the name indicates, is completely clear. It looks almost like plastic, but it is far from it. The balm contain five nourishing natural oils including shea, coconut, and avocado. It feels silky smooth on my lips and not heavy or waxy at all. The heat from your lips softens the balm allowing the product to glide across your lips. The scent isn't overwhelming, and I find it quite pleasant. It is slightly sweet in scent, and in taste. I was also delighted to learn that the product was not tested on animals and is 100% vegan. This is certainly one lip balm I would purchase. Thank you ChickAdvisor and eos for sending it over for free. -

I enjoyed the gel consistency of this product. I felt like it was lightweight and absorbed quickly. I did not like the scent. I found it to be unnecessarily heavily perfumed. In using it, it felt more like a lightweight face moisturizer than a primer. It worked as a primer in that it moisturized my face to create a smoother canvas, but it did not help with the staying power of my cosmetics.
I am glad I had the opportunity to try it, but I would not repurchase, nor would I recommend it to others.
