I was very excited to have been selected for the BOOST Just Protein campaign. I use protein powders on a daily basis when creating my morning smoothies. Protein powder is not cheap and when you use it as often as I do, having an affordable alternative would be ideal. I was hoping that this product would meet my needs. The BOOST Just Protein comes with a scoop. Three scoops is one serving and provides 18g of protein. I tried it several times. While BOOST claims that it has no added flavour, the flavour it does have was not palatable to me. I suspect that most flavoured protein powders camouflage that taste. I tried it in my smoothie. I tried it in a pancake recipe. I also tried it mixed into Greek yogurt. Each time it failed to meet my hopes and expectations. I was very disappointed as it would have made life much easier to be able to pop out to the local corner store and buy the product. Sadly, I will continue to order my flavoured protein powders online. They might be more expensive, but as they say, you get what you pay for. -

I was very excited to receive Carnation Breakfast Essentials Powder Drink Mix from ChickAdvisor to try for free. I start every day with a protein shake. I purchase my protein online and in addition to being costly, it also takes awhile to get to my door. I saw that the box noted a serving (i.e. a pouch) to contain 15g of protein. I figured that while it was a slightly lower protein content, it would be more affordable and accessible. Unfortunately, when I received the box in the mail, I was disappointed to find that the stated protein content was only when combined with 250mL of whole milk. I don't drink cow's milk. I use cashew milk. The package only contains 7g of protein. It also contains a whopping 21g of sugar! Yikes!
I set aside those nutritional facts and still gave it a try. Again, I was not impressed. The chocolate flavour was severely lacking in potency. I tried a couple of times. I forced myself to drink it but it was not palatable at all.
I would not buy this product, nor would I recommend it to anyone. I was highly disappointed.

Nivea Creme is very thick and rich. Personally I found it to be way to heavy to use on my face, but did lovely things to moisturize my feet and elbows. I would prefer a different scent, and therefore probably wouldn't repurchase, but it was effective for those areas which need a little more TLC.

I don't usually use cleansing lotions, however I do use cleansing oils. They're similar but not identical. The Nivea Cream Care All-in-One Facial Cleansing Lotion was okay, but I didn't love it. It smells okay and doesn't strip the skin, but it felt like I couldn't get the product off. It felt too heavy. In addition, it wasn't very effective against long lasting makeup. In a pinch, I'd use it again, but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy a bottle.

I really enjoy cleansing wipes...when they work. Sadly, these were pretty average. They removed the easy stuff but didn't do anything at all to assist in the removal of long lasting face or eye makeup. The always left behind product and residue. I needed to use a second product to really clean my face. I also found the wipes to be too dry. I would not recommend them, nor would I repurchase. These need work.

i had no idea Nivea made anti-perspirant. I took it with me on my vacation in Las Vegas and used it daily. It was warm there, but not intensely hot. I always felt clean and dry. The product applied easily and smelled good too. I don't know that it will replace my regular product, but I would definitely consider repurchasing if I saw the product on sale.

At first glance I thought, meh, another lip balm, but O M G, this lip balm is fabulous! I took it with me on my vacation in Las Vegas and used it regularly. As you may know, Vegas is very dry but my lips stayed hydrated and comfortable. The product smells good and provides intense hydration without feeling greasy or heavy. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

ChickAdvisor sent me a bottle for free so try, and share my thoughts. I found Dove Refresh & Care Dry Shampoo easy to use and smells fresh. After spraying throughout, you sort of brush it through. It absorbs the excess oils and provides added volume. I think it did good things for my hair. I like it and would likely repurchase. I recommend checking it out for yourself. -

I tried both the shampoo and the conditioner. I preferred the scent of the shampoo. The conditioner smells more floral, and I'm not a fan of floral scents. I was surprised how different they were. In combination with the shampoo, the conditioner left my hair soft and voluminous.
While I liked it, I didn't love it. I love how Dove promotes self-esteem in young girls and for that reason I would encourage someone to try the product but I also don't like that they continue to test on animals. I wish they would become a cruelty-free company and respect all life.

I tried both the shampoo and the conditioner. I preferred the scent of the shampoo. It has a more potent lime scent, and I love citrus scents. The coconut scent was not potent. The shampoo lathered nicely and, in combination with the conditioner, left my hair soft and voluminous.
