I tend to replace the oil with unsweetened apple sauce. It tastes even better with the apple sauce and I'm sure that it healthier. This cake is so easy to make. My kids love to make one on thier own. We even make cupcakes and ice cream cones with this mix. -

This is a must to bring when you are camping in a tent. Simply boil water pour in a coffee cup and enjoy. No fuss with extra equipment. Quick and easy!
