i loveeeeeeeeeee these flip flops, i dont care how cheap the old navy ones are they NEVER last more than one summer and are impossible to properly clean.
the rubber is soo comfortable i can walk for hours and hours without pain, and they seem to stay cool even in the sweltering heat.
another plus is they do not get the foot grooves as quickly as others.
the only negative is that any moisture on the bottom of the foot causes you to slip around more in them, but with so many positives who caressss.
ps. more stores now carry them in toronto so those sooo sought after colours and sizes are all gone. stores include get outside on queen, te koop on queen, club monaco, little burgandy etc

hmmm hmmm good! The quality of service at Salad King has certainly increased in the last year and half or so, the staff is more diverse and they definitely dont rush you out if there anymore ( believe me , ive lollygagged long enough to test it... +

i find the food quality isnt every consistent, sometimes the sauce is watery or three chillis tastes more like 4 some days, but salad king isnt for the ones with sensitive palates or connoisseurs of fine thai cuisine, SALAD KING is perfect for students, which is why they make most of their money off of us.

went for the first time to test the waters with a girlfriend and ordered these themes carousels of beer ( five half pints on five glass holder sort of contraption with themes such as around the world, belgian etc)..long story short we got there at 4ish and left around ten or 11, and even then it was difficult to leave.
while the food is to pricey for student budget, the frites are great and the entertainment is even better on weekend nights where there usually is a live band playing crowd favourites. i have been there many times since my first visit and recommend it to everyone i know.
a great place to try new beers without committing to a whole bottle!

this place is one of the most unsuspecting places for goooood sushi, as it looks like any other hole in the wall downtown ( you know, with the picture menus), but that's what gives the place its charm , the sushi is amazing ( try the fresh mango salmon roll- its heaven). open 11 am -11pm mon to sat, and 4 to 11 on sunday, and they offer a discount on takeout!! -
