As we age, we need a foundation that is better quality. Until I reached the ripe ole age of 30, most of my cosmetics was purchased at drug stores. Let's face it, the price is right! Protein bars, especially the ones that are better for you, tend to be pricey. Questbars are $2.50-$2.75 per bar. I will be the first to say that I was leery of spending that much on one bar. But, it is worth every penny. They are high in protein (around 20 gms), high in fiber (approx. 14-16gm), moderate calories(somewhere around 200cal.) and average fat intake (6-8 grams/bar). The bar taste great and keeps you full! -
