First if all the spray is freezing cold. It wasn’t just s little cold, it’s really freezing!! Thr smell is very nice but I didn’t feel it lasted 48 hours like it says. I still sweated within the first 8 hours.

So far I am loving this peppermint oil. Peppermint has so many uses, reduces stomach aches, soothes digestive issues, freshens bad breath, relieves headaches, has antimicrobial properties, improves mental focus, clears respiratory tract, boosts energy, releases tight muscles. I specifically got this to make homemade toothpaste for my dogs. I mix peppermint oil, a capsule of tumeric, and coconut oil and it really does help improve their breath a lot. It's a great essential oil to keep in the medicine cabinet. -

Zzzquil nighttime sleep aid
Sometimes I have trouble staying asleep so I tried some Zzzquil night time sleep aid and I really didn't notice a difference in the way I sleep. This may work for other people but I wouldn't get it again
