Over the last year I've really gotten into a more natural approach with my health and body. Essential oils something I started to get in to, and boy am I glad. Doterra is the purest essential oils in my opinion. I'm not a good sleeper and when I do sleep, it's not a pleasant sleep. I diffuse doterra's lavender oil at night and it's really helped turn my bad sleeping habits around. Helps calm me and let's me sleep longer. Doterra is on the higher end of prices but well worth the money (ps: I do not sell Doterra) -

If I want a sweet treat I always tend to reach for these. I absolutely LOVE nibs!!! so good and very little fat content. No mess and my whole family enjoys them too. My local dollarama sells them in a large bag so it's also very cheap to buy.

We both have long hair and mine is quite thick, hers very curly. We both need something that doesn't pull or tangle in the hair, and these do the trick. Love there is no metal band and you can buy neutral colors and colorful ones for preference. Well worth the money -

I used this and ended up having to go back in with a sally beauty lightener, as this just didn't lighten enough for me to dare put the blue on top. Had I not have taken hairstyling I would have probably ended up with green hair. wouldn't recommend the lightener but the pastel wash out brand was fun -
