I have lots of short lashes and using volume mascara often makes them look chunky and overdone, so lengthening mascaras are my preferred choice mascara formula to use. I was a bit skeptical about this product before I bought it because I usually don’t gravitate towards Cover Girl products and I didn’t like original Lashblast mascara.
The packaging is eye-catching but what really surprised me is the wand, it’s long and thin and has tons of teeny tiny bristles, which I love! Most of my other lengthening mascaras that are very expensive (except for my everyday Rimmel Lycra Extender) and have the same kind of wand as the Lashblast Length, perfect for getting into the corners of the eyes. The formula felt very light and no clumping even after 2-3 coats. By the end of the days there was no flaking, nor did my lashes feel crispy. I will buy this mascara again and plan on using it on a regular basis.

I am in my late 20's and have a tiny bit of creasing in the corners of my eyes, so I was curious to try the new Marcelle Essentials 1st Wrinkles Eye Contour Cream. I have tried some eye creams in the past but have found them too greasy and heavy or too light with no results. I have combination and sensitive skin so finding a well-balanced eye cream has been hard since my skin tends react to most skin products on the market.
First off the packaging is eye catching and the pump dispenser is very easy to use and pumps out the product in small amounts perfect for the eye area with little waste. The cream itself feels very light but has a bit of weight to it that disappears after the first minute of wearing the product. I have worn the product on its own and under makeup which presented me with zero skin reaction problems. My results have been quite good, my eye area always feel soft and touchable and any early morning puffiness and the very rare dark circle has been banished when applied the night before. I think I will have to keep using the product to determine how well it reduces the appearance of wrinkles. At this point I can only say that my corner eye crinkles have been slightly reduced but only enough that I alone would notice.
I do recommend this product to younger women in the 20's and early 30's who have mild to moderate eye-area first time wrinkles. I have been consistently using this cream as part of my nightly routine ( which does not happen with eye creams very often) plan on buying another bottle when this one runs out!

I received this body wash courtesy of chickadvisor, it came wrapped in a really cute blue and white box and with a white shower puff. I have been using this body wash for over a week now and I have to say that it has made my skin noticeably softer. I have eczema and it didn’t irritate my skin nor did it speed up and wear and tear of my “fake bake” self tanner tan.
I love its creamy texture and the way it lathers up the instant it comes in contact with water. I have never had a body wash lather up so quickly or have such staying power. I usually use Dove, Oil of Olay and St. Ives body washes depending on my mood and the time of year.
The only drawback was the scent which I found slightly artificial, but I noticed in the drugstore the other day that this brand also comes in a scent-free formula. I plan on making Dove Deep Moisture Nourishing Body Wash my staple body wash for the upcoming fall and winter months.

I tried both the dark and milk chocolate versions and I enjoyed them both equally. The packaging was convenient to get into and the container kept the chocolate fresh for the two weeks they lasted in my house. The chocolate mousse centre was very light and creamy at the same time. I liked the shape of the hard outer shell and the size of each chocolate was well worth the overall price. Everyone in my family loved them so much so I had to hide them from my mom who is a chocolate addict! I recommend these chocolates highly! -

I loved the design and colour concept of the packaging. The brush intimidated me at first and I instantly thought "clump city" but the application was smooth and the colour was a good representation of brown/black. My lashes were definitely lengthened without looking scary and I had virtually no clumping (except for any coats beyond a third). My only negative feeling about the mascara is the overly chemical smell of the mascara which wrinkled my nose a bit. But in general the mascara delivered and then some and I will recommending it too all my makeup junkie friends.

I normally don't like dark chocolate because I find many brands to be either too bitter or too chalky for my taste. But I really loved these chocolates! They were the perfect mix between bitter and sweet and the mousse just melted perfectly. I have finally found a dark chocolate that is good for me and passes my sensitive taste palette. I plan on having these on the dessert tray at my next cocktail party. -

I was a bit skeptical to try a drugstore foundation( my last experience was with CG in the late 1990's). First off I liked the packaging, the pump was a pleasant surprise and gave me more control over the amount I wanted to use. The foundation formula felt really light on my skin and there was no irritating chemical smell or perfumes that I could detect. The application looked a bit cakey when first applied but once it was evenly distributed with a makeup sponge, it masked 75% of my everyday skin imperfections. My pores appeared smaller after my initial application but as with all foundations, I found they looked pretty normal after a full day of wear, although I found that a skin primer aided the staying power of the foundation. Overall I was quite impressed and I think I will probably pick up a second bottle once this one runs out! I also wish it contained SPF but I use a daily facial moisturizer with SPF year round so it was not a major concern of mine. -

The first thing I noticed about this product is trendy eye-catching packaging. The smell is a bit overwhelming at first, but compared to other wipes I have tried, the smell of the Clorox wipes is tame. They worked really well in my bathroom and kitchen sinks and for small messes that are easy to clean up with a small wipe. I probably would not buy this product unless it was on sale( because the Decor Canister version is more money), since I usually put my cleaning products in the cupboard. But for decor-conscious clean freaks like my mom( who loved the Decor Canister version) these wipes are handy and not an eyesore to have on the counter . -

I have tried Joe Fresh, eye shadow in Pebble and cheek tint in Berry. I was extremely impressed with the price, color selection of the entire product line. The eye shadow goes on evenly and has much more pigment then I was expecting for a "drugstore brand". The cheek tint is creamy but sheer with just enough coverage to last me all day. I can't wait to try the lip gloss and lip stain next! -

This hair treatment is a bit above average. I have thick hair that can become dry and brittle when I overuse my flat iron. I loved the price, smell and how soft my hair was while it was still wet. Although after drying, my hair became a bit frizzy and it added to much volume to my already naturally volume laden hair. Once I used my flat iron ( which I don't use everyday) my hair was shiny, soft and manageable. I think this would be a great product for anyone without super thick hair. -
