I can't say that my teeth are any whiter from using this, but they haven't stained any worse, either. It's been a year, I've been given a clear bill of health by my dentist, and I'm so glad because I love this toothpaste! Not only does it NOT trigger my eczema around my mouth like big brand names do, it really fights plaque well. When I wake up in the morning my teeth do not feel scuzzy! I still brush them again in the morning of course, lol! -

I have been using Magic Bean for years and years, and it is my favourite hand and body lotion of all time. Aside from that gentle whiff of chocolate and coffee, the lotion itself is thick enough for my super dry winter-ravaged hands, but absorbs fast enough to use all year long. I have a bottle for every floor of the house to ensure I'm never far from some. -

I've tried a few physical sunscreens, but this one is my favourite. I love that the bottle is easy to hold and stash in my purse so I can use it whenever I need it. It's thick as expected, but doesn't have that sticky toothpaste feeling that physical sunscreens tend to have. In addition to my face, I use it on my hands, arms, and tops of my feet, especially if I'm out driving in the summer. A little goes a very long way, and be sure to rub it. Not waterproof. -

Correct-X is Doterra's version of a healing ointment. You can put it on wounds to help them heal. That's great. I use it to prevent scaly flakes along my hairline after a shower! It works incredibly well. I've been using it for months and I recently went 1 shower without using it and I won't be making that mistake again. I just use the tube and gently squeeze a bit of the ointment out along my hairline while my hair is still damp and then use my fingertips to rub it in. I do the same along my part. I've been looking for something like this for a decade and I'm just blown away. It's not a total cure to dry skin along the hairline, but it's the closest thing I've ever found with ingredients that don't scare me. It's a bit expensive, but it works so I'll keep paying for it. -

Good size tea bags brew a flavourful cup. I have been drinking Tetley rooibus red for years as part of my evening ritual, and those times I crave a cup of black tea but may not benefit from a caffeine rush. Highly recommend!

A friend and I went to the Lip Lab in Toronto in honour of her birthday. I booked about a week in advance online, easy peasy. We arrived about half an hour early and were seated right away. Our artist, Dylan, was absolutely wonderful! We interacted with several staff throughout our visit - which lasted about an hour. From what I could see, all of the artists were having a lovely time, and demonstrated great artistic skill.
Both my friend and I are already BITE Beauty fans, so we had an idea of what we were looking to create, although I ended up throwing my original plan away and going with something else entirely because this gorgeous purple caught my eye, and Dylan was happy to go with it!
I highly recommend you book an appointment in advance, and that you have some sort of plan - even if you end up changing your mind halfway through the appointment! Don't be afraid to ask questions, and let your artist recommend colours for you to try. And have fun! This is fun! Some of the other ladies visiting the lab didn't look like they were too thrilled...perhaps that's why we had so many of the artists dropped by our end of the bar to say hello, we were having a blast!
My friend and I did the 2 custom lipsticks each, and both felt it was well worth the money. We got to try a few colours - no, actually I tried on exactly 2 because Dylan nailed both lipstick colours for me on the first try, and my friend tried 2 or 3. Seriously, the man has The Eye. Then choose the finish, and scent. I got an Amuse Bouche finish and a gloss finish. I'll be seriously considering the Bespoke experience next time. And yes, there will be a next time! It's been a couple of months and I'm still completely in love with my final products.

I bought KIT nail polish remover on a whim while at the cottage this summer - because, of course I needed a DIY mani, and, also of course, I had forgotten to pack my supplies. Great little bottle, good price, and it doesn't smell nearly as bad as the average drug store remover. It's even effective on glitter polish. I would certainly buy it again. -

I received this as a gift (but I've looked up the price, it's fair) and while I love the smell and the way it feels as a body wash, I'm always concerned about products that market themselves as natural that include "fragrance" in their list of ingredients. I have no idea if that's natural. There are some other ingredients that, while not harmful, definitely aren't natural. Would I buy it again? Maybe. If you're looking to lessen the toxins in your body care routine and this is within easy reach, go for it. The scent isn't overpowering, and the exfoliant parts are gentle. -

I tried this tea as a sleep aid, and boy did it work! I felt soothed sipping it, the flavour is just right, and soon enough my body was ready for bed. Coincidence? Maybe, but slowing down to enjoy a cup was just the ticket to wind down before sleep.
