I tried this product on whim, wasn't looking for it. It found me. It does not leave your hair crunchy. It leaves your curls defined, soft and bouncy.
It's light weight and smells great. It doesn't leave a film. No parabens or sulphates. I will definitely use it again as it has been in my hair care routine for 5 years now.    -
