For me, self care includes healthy eating, & maintaining a healthy lifestyle. My morning routine always has a few healthy foods to give me happy energy to get through the day!
I love layering flavours & textures, & this gourmet Pistachio & Sea Salt granola from is a healthy food choice I'm absolutely loving! My taste buds are in overdrive when I eat this granola! It's the perfect mix of sweet & salty, so it's great with breakfast; in a smoothie; in baking; or for a healthy snack anytime. Honestly, I'm eating it now lol!
I crave salty snacks, but I try to find healthier alternatives without compromising on taste or enjoyment. This natural granola is made with wholesome ingredients, & tastes so close to homemade! Enso has really got the salty/sweet combo perfect with this Pistachio & Sea Salt granola. It's crunchy; bursting with flavour; and I love the extra chunky fruit & nuts! Just look at that texture!
It's a little more expensive than your typical granola, but this is Vegan, All Natural, Low in Sugar, & made with amazing healthy, natural ingredients including Organic rolled oats, Pistachios, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, Coconut flakes, Cranberries, Maple syrup, Extra virgin olive oil, Brown sugar & Sea salt - quality 100%!
It's not too sweet, & definitely not artificial tasting. I've been eating granola for years, & this is seriously, & surprisingly, the BEST I've tried! This Enso Pistachio & Sea Salt Granola is gourmet granola is perfect for breakfast; for a snack or anytime you're craving something nutritious & delicious! 5 stars+!

I've never really had much relief from antacids, & I was taking a supplement that helps, but you have to remember to take it a long time before eating, and I often forget.

I have tried Listerine Total Care mouthwash in the past, but never the alcohol free version. I use mouthwash twice a day, so I do prefer alcohol free, especially before bed 💜
I LOVE that this mouthwash has 8 oral care benefits! It's an antiseptic mouthwash but it's ZERO alcohol, and there's no harsh, medicine taste. You get all the benefits, without the burn! This mouthwash not only keeps my mouth clean, it does so much more!
It has a Mild Mint taste & it's not overpowering or intense, but wow, you know it's working! I'm so impressed that an antiseptic mouthwash can taste so good, and do so much to keep my mouth healthy! 🩷 This is a lightweight liquid blush that melts into the skin leaving a natural, luminous finish with just the right amount of colour & pigment. I was sent the Rosy Peach/Peachy Pink 50.5, & this shade is perfect for my light/fair skin tone!
🩷 This cheek tint is made with Micro–fil™ technology. It's very hydrating, blends seamlessly, & won't look patchy. It has a light coverage, but the pigment is so intense, you only need a couple of dots to create a healthy glow!
