I do use it primarily during winter season but even in summer, if I want to have a glowy skin, I keep hydrating it with this moisturizer -

I hated it so much that it gave me the impression that my lips were like the Sahara desert: DRY. I know that it’s a matte lip pigment but I do hold some matte lipstick and they do not do the same thing as it did to my lips -
