I believe tongue cleaning is an important step other than brushing, flossing and mouth washing. I personally use a tongue scraper twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. It's pretty easy to use, just simply hold the two ends of the tongue scraper and place it on the back surface of the tongue ( of course it's depend on your own comfortable on how far back you can place it cause it can trigger gag reflex) and pull it forward gently and I usually repeat that step one more time. This helps remove the bacteria, toxins and undigested food particles from your tongue. I think you can purchase them off Ebay and Amazon for a very decent price. -
