I received this Aveeno Positively Radiant MaxGlow Infusion Drops to test and review courtesy of ChickAdvisor. #gotitfree I am absolutely in love with these drops! I have oily skin, and usually, any product that claims to give you a "glow" leaves my skin looking and feeling greasy. However, this serum leaves my skin feeling matte, yet dewy. The glow is more subtle - more like a glow from within. The product smells amazing too! If you're sensitive to smells, maybe you won't like this. However, I am in love with the fresh scent! -

I am so happy I got to try out the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Body Gel Cream courtesy of ChickAdvisor! #gotitfree This body gel cream is so lightweight - it definitely is more like a gel. It absorbs so quickly into the skin, and does not leave any residue - not sticky or tacky at all.
It moisturizes extremely well - I had a couple of dry patches on my wrist and they disappeared immediately. The scent is light and refreshing - it smells a little bit powdery? I like that the bottle's pump comes with a locking mechanism, so you can avoid spills. Everyone in my family has been using this gel cream and all have fallen in love with it! We will definitely be purchasing this once we finish with this bottle!

I was lucky enough to be sent the Dove Ultracare Conditioner mousse to test and review courtesy of ChickAdvisor. #freeproduct I have never used a mousse conditioner before and was extremely excited to try out this one. It took a couple of tries initially to get the mousse to come out of the nozzle - it comes out very similar to whipped cream from a can. The conditioner itself is very lightweight, as the name of the product suggests. As soon as I apply it to my hair, the product dissolves into my hair.
I really like that this conditioner does not weigh my hair down at all. It washes out easily and leaves my hair feeling soft and silky. My hair didn't feel greasy at all. The scent is similar to my Dove shampoo - it smells very fresh but not overpowering.

I received the Schwarzkopf Hair Mascara in dark brown to test and review courtesy of ChickAdvisor. I am absolutely in love with how easy the application is and the colour payoff I get with the smallest amount of product. The applicator wand/brush is like a silicone mascara wand, allowing it to grasp all of my baby hairs too. I can easily coat both top and bottom sides of my hair. The colour lasted until I washed it off the next day.
The only negative criticism I have about the product is the $15.99 CAD price. It seems rather steep, especially since you can buy an entire box of permanent hair dye for about the same price or even less than that. I can see the product drying up quickly in the tube, very much like a typical mascara. I will have to use it for longer to see how long the tube lasts before it dries out. If it lasts quite a long time, then I think it is worth purchasing in the future (though I will keep an eye out for sales) - I can use the product for a long time in between dying my hair.

I received this product to test and review from Family Rated. I really like that the Babyganics shampoo and body wash is a 2-in-1 product. It is very gentle on the skin. The amount of suds it creates is just right - and it is easy to rinse off. The chamomile verbena scent reminds me of tea lol, but it is a relaxing scent. Unlike the bottle shown in the picture above, the bottle I received came with a pump - which makes it so much easier to dispense the product. I hope they come out with other scents in the future! -

I received the Babyganics daily moisturizer to test and review for free from Family Rated. This lotion is very moisturizing and absorbs very quickly into the skin. I noticed dry patches disappearing almost immediately after use. I like that it is organic and fragrance free - however, it does have a slight scent to it still which I'm not fond of. Thankfully, the smell dissipates after a bit of time. I can look past the smell because of its effectiveness. -

I was fortunate to receive the Babyganics baby wipes for free to test a review from Family Rated. I like the texture of the wipes - they are soft, not rough like other brands. I even used them to wipe off my makeup - it does a decent job, however, it is not the best wipe I've used for makeup removal. Even though it is fragrance free, there is a slight scent to it - I don't know how to quite describe it...almost like cardboard?? But the scent doesn't linger on the skin. The packaging is okay - the sticky closure does seem to stay close for now - not sure if it will deal well with multiple uses in the future. -

The most is fine and sprays where you want it to spray. I really like the fresh scent of the Pure Rain spray...it has a sweet, yet fresh scent to it that lasts all day. The antiperspirant itself works very well - I wear it to work where I am sweating a lot and it keeps me dry and odourless. -

I was lucky enough to be sent this product for free to test and review from ChickAdvisor. I am really impressed by how fine the mist is - there is a noticeable difference in the fumes. Usually when I use hairspray, I feel like I am inhaling so many chemicals, however, when using the Tresemme Smooth Compressed Micro Mist hairspray, there were way less fumes in the air. The scent is a typical hairspray smell - but it is not a strong or an overwhelming smell that lingers. The hold level is 2, so I wasn't expecting a strong hold - it works as described...it has a light hold. It works well for keeping your hair smooth and in place. -

Right off the bat, he was really impressed by the packaging - it has a very futuristic look to it on the nozzle. The smell is fresh, yet masculine - not too overpowering of a smell. The antiperspirant works well throughout the day - he said it kept his under arms nice and dry. My dad also tested it with darker clothes and there was no residual transfer or streaks left in his clothes. Overall, he was really impressed by this product and is something he will continue to use in the future. -
