This smooths the hair so nicely! If I keep using it during every wash, I do feel buildup. But it is still worth it for me. I have slightly curly and wavy hair and this really makes my hair look smoother. Love it even more because of the price.

I am really into healthy snacks and food items. This one has sprouted grains which makes ms really happy! Tastes great! I just leave it soaking for a little bit longer than I would with other cereals because it is quite hard.

I have acne prone, textured skin and this applies beautifully and lasts on my skin like no other foundation. I am NC42 in MAC and use the shade Honey Bronze (I only wish the color was a little warmer). -
