While the store is not very large, the inventory has pretty much anything you could be looking for!
In my personal experience, the staff I have encountered (Ottawa, Canada area) are not very knowledgeable when it comes to hair color and so when I've had questions, I rarely received any helpful tips so I've had to rely on myself which, is OK as I do know quite a bit about hair coloring. However, for the person who is not familiar with hair color, this lack of knowledge by the staff could cause a problem.
Over all, the staff are always friendly and will try to help you as best as they can!

Paired with the Philosophy cleanser, exfoliators and Hope In A Jar Eye cream, these products are gentle bit so effective! -

It does a great job exfoliating and leaving my skin smooth, however it does not produce a red or irritated skin afterwards! The claim is that it is gentle enough for every day use, and I have been using it ever day without sensitivity issues. Great product!
My skin has improved drastically since using this with the Purity Made Simple cleanser!

I first purchased this face cleanser from Seohira in a small version which also came with an exfoliating scrub (will post separate review). It is intended to remove all traces of makeup and so it should act as a makeup remover (including eye makeup), cleanser and toner. Let me tell you, I have yet to find a cleanser that does a better job!
I can tend to break out fairly easily with certain cleansers and this is so far the only one which has not done so.
I am a true die hard fan. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
