I buy Stash Tea chocolate flavour to enjoy in the evenings as it is herbal with no caffeine. The chocolate flavour is nice with a dessert too as it is slightly sweet in flavour.

I bought an Oral B Vitality rechargeable toothbrush because it was reasonably priced at around $24.00. It does a great job of cleaning my mouth and I can get extra heads when this one is worn out.
