This eye cream was cooling & soothing upon application, as it is also a cooling eye treatment, which is what I think I love the most about it. Its main ingredients are Avocado Oil, Argan Oil, & Shea Butter, and is also a great moisturizer. It keeps my eye area hydrated and smooth, while reducing puffiness, & is great for tired, dry eyes.

I received this product as a sample in my January GlamBag from ipsy in the colour "Excite", and to be honest, I was excited to both try & use it. And for me, I use it as my highlighter for the inner corner of my eyes & sometimes under my brows, as it is a shimmery white with a tad of a purple reflection - great for blue eyes!
What I also really like about this shadow is that it is 100% pure Mineral powder which means that they provide long lasting colour & are suitable for all. They sell for USD$14.99 & they also will ship to Canada, which is great.

I received this eye shadow sample as part of my January Glam Bag from ipsy, & the shade that I received is called "Treasure", a nice brown colour that totally compliments my blue eyes. This eye shadow is definitely creaseless & does last a nice long time. I always use primers with all of my makeup, as I find that primers definitely do make products last longer.
On a positive note, Pacifica is 100% cruelty free & vegan, so no worries there. As for this shade, however, it cannot be purchased individually but is part of a palette, although I do believe my nearest Target carried it until Target closed today; how unfortunate.

It is as its name claims to be, creamy, so you may want to use a light hand when applying. The colour is very pigmented & has a thick consistency, but once it dries, the colour does last for quite some time. I've been loving it over this winter season, as it does not dry out my lips at all. I would use it in conjunction with a lip liner though, as where it is so creamy & one tends to purse their lips together, it may bleed if you haven't let it dry first.
They also do ship to Canada, which is great news, and retails for USD$4.99

I love, love, love these lipsticks from NYC, and own almost the entire collection!! I did receive 2 in a recent freebie promotion that NYC had run this past summer, but had purchased most of them prior to that event. How can you go wrong when they range from $1.50-$1.99, depending on where you pick them up. I like the creamy texture, the pigmentation & the moisturizing feel of them. -

Got this as a free sample from Garnier a while back & I have to say that I do like it. However, you do need to use it each day in order to benefit from its claims. I love the feel of it, and the slight colouring does adjust to my skin's colouring, which is nice. I haven't really noticed any wrinkle-reducing effects, but then again, I haven't been using it on a daily basis for long enough yet. -

I bought this system a few months back & I have to say that I do enjoy using it. The system has 3 speeds & comes with both a cleansing brush & a microdermabrasion foam head, which is used to help polish the skin after cleansing. I think this is a great system for the price-point, and my pre-teen daughter uses it as well.
This product is battery operated so it is fully usable in the shower as it is waterproof. The only drawback is installing the batteries; it's not very easy to do. I do love the fact that is has 3 different speeds as well.
One key point to note: some people complain of potential breakouts when first using this product: this is because it is bringing toxins to the skins' surface. This will go away after using it for a bit.

Coverage was okay, the shade was a perfect match for my skin tone, but it still looked a bit "cakey" on my skin, & I have combination skin. I used this product daily for a full week in conjunction with the De-Puffer Concealer in order to see how both worked together, and again, it was just okay.
I will continue to use both, but I don't think it will be part of my regular daily beauty routine. I will keep it with me as my weekend getaway stash, & will use it when I am running out the door quickly, but for the price-point on this product, I won't be rushing out to purchase another. There are too many other products available that work so much better for me.

Ok, so I have to be honest in saying that I am not really impressed with this product, which is too bad, as I am a fan of both Cover Girl and Olay. The shade match was spot on, but as a concealer, major fail. I have medium dark spots under my eyes to begin with, and as soon as I applied this, it made no difference whatsoever in concealing the darkness. Tried it again the next day, and still no luck. Same with the claim of it being a De-Puffer; no difference whatsoever, and my eyes have been a bit puffier than usual due to this cold that I've had for a few weeks now. Major disappointment in this department, sorry.
On a plus side, I do like the light scent, it is refreshing & not overwhelming at all.

The eye shadows are a satin finish, with a few neutrals for day and blues/greens for night. I prefer to use the darker colors for contouring and the light white for highlighting. The blush brush isn't perfect, but I use it to apply the blush and then blend with my fingers. The lip glosses are more like lipsticks, and there's a good mix of colors that are flattering for either a conservative day or edgy night/date look. Personally I love this product and I'd highly recommend for anyone who likes to travel light.
